I forgot to mention the most important tip… PATIENCE! It’s taken me several years to get my hair to where it’s at. Thank you for watching! Team healthy hair 💗🙌🏼
I stopped the junk food, began daily intake of blueberries, spinach and walnut smoothies too. Plus I am religiously doing scalp massage daily, sometimes twice daily. All this in less than 2 months and my hair is just thriving like crazy!!
Love the healthy diet tips. I really like chia pudding with berries and flax oil (for Omega3) in my salad dressings, too!
Your hair looks so silky and shiny, almost like a doll's hair! So beautiful!
Great tips Miss!
Omg you look so much younger and more healthy than the before pictures. Amazing. Keep going!
Love this video. Simple real tips for general health and hair health! I never comment on your videos, but love watching them all!
Also an Apple cider vinegar shampoo, conditioner, and leave in treatment did wonders for my hair. Deep cleaned without stripping but rather added in nutrition.
Yes! I use a shampoo that has apple cider vinegar in it. Great stuff!
@@LaineyMarieBeauty I wish you would share more details of the products you use please.
Your hair really is very beautiful. I've been trying to use less heat on my hair because I also noticed it started growing and looking healthier when I cut back. But I also love my hair curled because it's so fine and thin and it gives me volume. I'm trying the heatless curls tonight 🤞 hoping it looks good! Your hair before looks so similar to mine now.
I’m a curly girl and seriously, do NOT wash your hair to often! I wash my hair barley once a week, sometimes not even in two weeks, it’s not dirty, greasy or smell bad.
When you first stop washing your hair every day it’s going to be and feel greasy but it will disappear within a month. Use a tiny bit of dry shampoo every third day or so in the beginning if you can’t stand the greasiness but I promise you all that your hair will be and feel so much healthier.
I don’t even use shampoo very often, just conditioner and leave-in products AND wear a bonnet over night ( if you prefer a silky pillowcase use that instead), I just say you will never sleep without a bonnet again! (I’m from Sweden so please excuse my English grammar 😅)
What if your hair is the type to get extremely greasy rather quickly? My hair is so greasy that I have to wash it at least every other day 😭 I dont like doing that but I also hate having a full head of TALO feeling hair lmao
@@Rebeccachazzy curly hair is generally dryer than other hair types, what works for one person may not work for another. Try to wash only 2 times a week if you can or 3. A greasy scalp not being cleaned can also cause scalp issues.
Your hair looks very beautiful and long now 😍
You had very good tips for hair. Thanks girl 😊
Thank you so much ☺️
Great tips!!
Your hair looks fabulous!!
I like to use hair sticks when I need to keep my long hair up.
🌸💕🌸💕
A great alternative to hair ties! Love it. I need to get some. I have a hair fork but that’s it!
Thanks for that last tip! I've been trying to figure out why sometimes my scalp hurts. Noted, I can't quite make it to once a week washing.
You’re stunning 😍 I shall follow your tips, thank you xx 😘
Thank you so much for watching ❤️
Thank you! I love these tips definitely needed to hear this xx
Thanks for watching 💗💗💗💗
Thank You for the Great tip! 😍🥰 Your Such a Beautiful Person inside and Out 😘
Great tips. It took me 40 years to figure out some of those tips. I use oiI right after the shower. Also if it's really tangled, I comb it in the shower with the conditioner in it. love my long hair. Gonna try robe curls tonight.
Robe curls are awesome & last for days
I love this video! Keep speaking truth!!
You have beautiful hair, thank you for sharing your tips. Much appreciated!
You are so beautiful and look much younger without make up on.WOW!!Very beautiful 🌸
I used to be big on the same shampoo's you mentioned but as I've gotten older, they really started drying out my scalp. My daughter actually told me about the sulfate free shampoo's and I find them to be much more soothing. My hair also feels and looks better.
(I've also been trying the nightly oil applications.)
Thanks for all the great tips.
(That was fun! Until the next one..)
I love that!! There are some great drugstore options for hair products out there, but there are also some really bad ones. Like you said, they can dry out your hair and scalp! Definitely important to find the right ones. Thank you for watching ❤️❤️❤️
Your hair is so pretty 😍
I like the little effects you put in this time!^^
Thank you! Tried to throw some random things in there to keep people from being bored 😂❤️
Your hair is stunning
Best hair care video ever! I had bells going off with every tip! Amazingly logical, gentle, and safe. Question, some hair is fine and thin, is hair spray damaging? I try never to use it but hey it’s the only thing I’ve found that holds a curl. But the next day I feel like the hair is spun glass. Feels horrifically drying. I’m using a hair salon spray. Commenters welcome here! Wisdom!!!
I love these tips, Thankyou so much!
Thanks for watching!! ❤️
Oh, I love that! “Team healthy hair” I love your videos…you’re so beautiful and sweet. Ok, I’m excited to join the Team healthy hair! First step…Oil treatment before bed!! 😉 Thank you Lainey!
Brilliant tips! I am going to start putting some oil in at nighttime after watching this! And i will try the brushing tip too, thank you!! Love your videos xx
Yay! I love using hair oil. Thanks for watching ☺️❤️
How did you go?
loved this !
If you use hair elastics use a seam ripper to remove them. Very pointy tip and easy to slip under elastics and cut, especially easy if you're using elastics on a toddler or child. So easy to use instead of scissors!
That's so smart!
That's a great tip! No matter how careful I try to be, I always get some hair or if I'm cutting a tag out of clothes, I get too close to the fabric and make a hole.
I'm so guilty of tight hairstyles😂 love this video thanks for the tips! On my journey to knee length (if possible) lmao
Ooo the tight hair styles hits hard… I struggle to do loose styles 🤦♀️. When I try to pull braids like you do I pull hair out… the struggle is real!
Perfect tips. You may not be a doctor, but I just received the same advice you gave from my doctor 😉 regarding nutrition and healthy hair... as well as using shampoos with natural extracts (chamomile, birch, nettle) to which I add carrot oil when washing and drops of nettle.
When I get "tangled" with a hair tie, I use a seam ripper instead of scissors... ♥️
Love those tips! Thanks for sharing! Where do you buy carrot oil from? ❤️
@@LaineyMarieBeauty
I live in Serbia, and the oil is from a producer from North Macedonia, "Sensilis" ♥️
On the subject of supplements - like collagen or biotin - girlfriend, when you get to be my age (62) you will absolutely need to take extra supplements in addition to a healthy diet. My hair is stronger now than it was when I was in my 30s and that's because I take 3 different types of collagen, + biotin. Totally agree with all your tips! Brushing your natural oils through your hair is GOOD for it. I only wash my hair about 1x/2 weeks. Of course as we age, our hair tends to get less oily, and in the winter time I wash about 1x/month! I know! RIGHT? How disgusting - but seriously, I have very fine/thin hair so washing a lot is a no-no. I do use dry shampoo which has the added bonus of giving my hair texture. Your videos are awesome! Thanks for sharing all your pretty styles and good tips!
This is great information!! I appreciate you sharing this. I know all sorts of ages watch my videos and I can only speak for myself, so hearing from others is really important ❤️I love this! Thanks for watching!
@@LaineyMarieBeauty love you, too. If not for videos like the ones you put up, I'd have NO CLUE about how to style my hair in cute hairstyles!
Rope hair ties are great too. Less stress on the hair especially if you’re like me and wear ponytails all the time. A bit tricky to use at first but once you get the hang of it you’re golden.
Wait, what are rope hair ties? I need more info!! 💗
curious as well.. I have to wear my hair up all the time.

@@LaineyMarieBeauty little tips help tho
All very good tips! I'd also like to add this: Be a good judge of what your hair needs most, be it hydrating or strengthening and try to find a healthy balance. I've been using shampoos, conditioners, masks, etc, targeted at long hair - length and strength, "Dream Lengths", you name it. Been using those for quite a while, until....my hair starting getting tangled more due to lack of moisture and a buildup of..PROTEIN! Lol. Be careful of overusing products containing hydrolyzed wheat protein, soy protein, the list goes on. Some drugstore products are better than others. I like Aussie - the 3 Minute Miracle deep conditioner rockss! Pantene Pro V Daily Moisture Renewal and currently Dove Daily Moisture are really good. I use Aussie Hair Insurance leave in conditioner sometimes for detangling. Hey, whatever provides slip and moisture. 😊
I use those two Aussie products too, and I used Pantene Pro V for dyed hair until I switched to a shampoo bar. I'm growing my hair long to donate, so I'm trying to take good care of it. The Aussie products work great and they smell so good! I had two people in the space of a week tell me my hair smells good when I was using the Pantene and Aussie products. One was a guy in a bar who was standing behind me and just smelling my head--I'm only 5 feet tall--until I saw my friends giving him funny looks. That was weird. The other was a coworker, so that was OK. 😊
Thank You😻 Thank You😻 Thank You😻 This Video is INCREDIBLE❤️

Great tips!
Good advices!! Thanks 😊
Thanks for watching! I know it was a long one 😂💗
I love how u say white platinum hair is not realistic I been trying it for years knowing it and still doing and wonder why my hair won’t grow
I use Bedhead, I gave up heat 4 years ago. On great occasion I curl the ends for a few seconds. I use leave in. I do eat healthy but I also take a good multivitamin and have collagen in my coffee. I did most all your suggestions! The be gentle , only wash twice a week. Great tips!!
Sounds like you’re doing everything right!! It always amazes me how slow hair is to grow. I know if I ever cut it, it will take a million years to grow back 😫💗
I'm over (ahem! ) 50, and my hair when I started doing the wash less, no heat, be gentle, multivitamin, ACV at times, it grew like 8 inches. It covers most of my buttocks 🤭 at over 50! So these tips work!
@@kellymackie4836 amazing!!!
I do collagen as well because if we aren't chewing animal bones like our ancestors we probably aren't getting it!
Love you and your videos! Your hair is gorgeous. How long did it take to go from drab to fab?
What kind of shampoo and conditioner do you use? Your hair is beautiful. Thank you for the video.
Thanks soooooo much for sharing!
Thanks for watching ☺️
Do you have a video of products you recommend? I know that everyones hair is different, but I cannot find a dry shampoo that my hair likes. I wash my hair every other day, I would like to go longer and I've tried multiple different dry shampoos but they always make my hair look more greasy.
I love your videos! Your voice is so calming and easy, so thank you!
pantene works great for my hair
Hi, I work food service, public school and we have to wear hair back in hair nets…ugh but I have been putting my hair up and wearing it just like you said in this video. Panic mode. Do you have any other suggestions I could do with my longer hair. Throw in some hot flashes. Perfect storm. Love your videos.
Good tips!! I’m trying to get my hair back to my luscious long locks after bleaching it last year but the big thing I did before to get it long was biotin, water, leave in conditioner and only organic shampoo and conditioner please patience because it takes forever lol 😂
Ugh collagen and biotin made me soo hairy Lol I swear I was shaving every day! Good products and hair masks are definitely key! And I agree, PATIENCE. It’s literally taken me 5 years 😂🤪❤️
@@LaineyMarieBeauty girl you ain’t lying!! Yes can’t forget those!!!! Those are super good for your hair!! 😊😊
I would LOVE to know some over the counter shampoos & conditions that are good for our hair. Do you have any suggestions? I have dry hair & use oil.
Such great tips!! I feel like I'm forever on the hunt for a good hairstylist. It's so hard to find a local one! My favourite one stopped practicing before the pandemic and I've been missing him ever since 😭Do you have any tips? Googling is only getting me so far 😂
Ugh!! Finding a good hairstylist is SO hard. I’ve been through several. Look up hashtags on IG. That’s what I did when I lived in FL. Example: #pensacolahairstylist then I would go through hundreds of pictures 😂then I would find someone that looked good, stalk them (their hair page and personal, if they weren’t private), and stalk the salon they work at. Always go for a consultation first to see if you would even like the person. A good relationship with your hairstylist is so important!!
Hi Whats in the pink spray bottle you are using while your hair is wet, I couldn't make out the brand or product. Thanks.
I have started to use cocoa butter pure cocoa butter in my hair instead of oil
I hear a dab of pure shea butter is really good too.
Beautiful hair.
Thank you so much!!
How do you style your hair while it dries? When do you find is the best time to wash it; morning or night?
Thank you for this video. I’m going to show my mom she’s trying to get her hair back to healthy
Yay! You’re welcome. Thanks for sharing!!
Those plastic hair elastics are latex so if you put some oil on them they will just come apart on their own in a couple seconds and you won't have to pull or cut them out.
What haircare brands do you recommend? What brands do you use currently?
Excellent 🎉Thank You
Lainey I love you and your videos so much but just wanna say if you could maybe let your hair grow to your natural color. obviously im not TELLINING you to do it but would love
it!!
Do you have recommendations for alligator clips and elastics to buy? Thank you!
Hairitage has some alligator clips that are nice and affordable! I buy my elastics at Sally’s. Stay away from the brands scunci, conair and goody. Those are the worst hair elastics!
I love doing heatless curls but everytime I go out in the heat they always fall out even when I used hairspray
When I lived in FL, my curls had a hard time staying. There’s a product by colorwow that repels water and it made such a difference!
You look even younger now!
Your hair looks beautiful healthy and long I try and take care of my hair I use bc repair rescue shampoo and conditioner and the hair mask to go with it get them from the hairdressers cos I have coloured hair and I see the difference shiny I blow-dry my hair once a week when I wash it
Salon products are wonderful! I always try to use what my hairstylist uses on me too ☺️❤️
@@LaineyMarieBeauty yh they are very great stuff love them all that's good yh ur hair looks healthy and beautiful and shiny x
I love being a natural blonde lol. :)
This video was so helpful! I have thick but fine hair, too, and I'm growing it long to donate, so I want to keep it healthy and get it to grow fast. I started using a shampoo bar a year or so ago, and my hair feels a lot softer, plus the bars are made without all that nasty stuff on your list. (They're great for travel too!) Have you tried shampoo bars? What are your thoughts on them? I only wash my hair once a week, or if I'm lazy, two weeks. I work from home, so I stopped blow-drying my hair a year or so ago. Between that and the shampoo bars, my hair is so soft that I lost a hair fork because it slid out of my bun without me noticing. It's down to the top of my butt crack (sorry), and I'm going to let it grow to see how long I can get it before I donate it.
I try to avoid styles like ponytails that pull on the hair at the front, plus they give me a headache, so I usually just do a braid or a bun. I try not to do the same thing with my hair more than a couple days in a row so I don't stress the same spots for too long. I just watched your 60-second styles for long hair videos, and I'm definitely going to try some of them. I'm not very talented at styling my hair and I don't have much patience for it, so those videos are just what I need. Next up are your heatless curls videos. Maybe I'll find a way that makes curls that actually stay in my hair!
I forgot to say I just bought a scalp massaging brush. I made using it part of my bedtime routine, and even if it doesn't do anything to make my hair grow faster like some people say it will, it feels really good. 😌
Do you have a playlist for overnight heartless styles? Tfs
Yes! It’s on my channel under playlists! Or just search “laineymariebeauty heatless curls.” ☺️❤️
What shampoo and conditioner do you use ?
My hair is exactly your texture and length, yours is slightly thicker. I have tried EVERYTHING to de tangle it gently. I use good shampoo and conditioner then I use a day fling spray. I use oil like you and hardly ever use heat. I’m still struggling with terrible nothing!!!!! Ugh! I start like you at the bottom I have a feta gel brush. I don’t know WHY my hair gets so tangled!!! I have not tried that container by Aveda your using I guess I will try it see if it helps.
I have very tangly hair too! My hair is thin but I have a lot of it. I use the tangle teezer wet brush and it’s my favorite, ever! I might also suggest brushing your hair before you get in the shower, then once your in the shower, only shampoo your scalp (not your ends) and just let the shampoo slide down the rest of your hair. Then use a conditioner and then a hair mask. This helps me, so hopefully it will help you! ❤️
I use Amika hair products. How do you rate amika? Should I switch to your Ouai? Kind regards, Collette
Amika is awesome!!! No need to switch! I think Amika has some type of scalp clarifying product. I’d recommend that to help remove product build up 💗☺️thanks for the comment!
I have a question. Many people including stylist say that it's bad to let your hair air dry & that you get out the shower wait a couple of mins to dry on low heat with the blow dryer. Is this what you do ?
That seems like the opposite of what you should do--I thought heat damaged your hair, so how would letting it air dry damage it? I work from home, so I've been letting my hair air dry for a couple years, and it seems fine. It definitely feels softer when I let it air dry.
How many years did it take you to grow your hair out to this length?
Your hair is gorgeous 😍! Can you recommend a good shampoo and conditioner that's not too pricey?
Thank you so much! This is soooo hard. I have way too many favorites. I love Aveda but it’s pricey. This is my top fav. I love OUAI’s detox shampoo, which is pricey also, but cheaper than Aveda. Another fav! It gets rid of product build, dirt, and oil. Redken is next up. My bathroom is full of redken! Their acidic bonding line (I think that’s what it’s called) is sooo good! For drugstore, I really like Shea moisture (black castor oil, strengthen and restore) and their hair mask! Sorry - I know that’s a lot. I can’t pick 😂❤️
@@LaineyMarieBeauty thank you! ,❤️
So do you use products containing silicones? It would be great if you could do a video with your full hair routine and a list of your favorite products!@@LaineyMarieBeauty
How do you manage frizz with the heartless curls?
I love when autocorrect changes “heatless” to “heartless” Lol!! I honestly think the hair oil helps. You could always cover your heatless curls with a tshirt or scarf ❤️sleeping on a silk pillow case helps too!
Gosh not blow drying sounds horrible for me it’s so tangled otherwise but I can definitely reduce
Oh I didn’t know people with straight hair are using oil now. It definitely helps. Some people put it in n rinse it out like a deep hair mask.
And you can wear wigs or clips ins instead of dye.. even though I plan on dying my hair again😂 so everything you say not to do
I thought she was going to say if it’s your kids… get some new ones!🤣🤣🤣🤣
doe heatless curls cause traction alopecia?
Have you ever tried the inversion method? Also, do you use silver shampoo to stop your blonde going brassy?x
Not going to lie, I had to look up what the inversion method was. I’ve never heard of that!! I’m intrigued and might try it! I haven’t used purple shampoo in awhile but once my hair gets closer to needing colored, then I usually use it. I like Amika for maintenance and Fanola when my hair is reeeal brassy and needing some more intense ❤️
I’ve only recently discovered it too thanks to RUclips soooo many vlogs about it. I’ve tried it once and didnt notice any difference but everyone raves about it so going to persevere x
@@hellsbells9218 I tried it two weeks (a month apart) and I gained an inch.
Thanks so much! What kind of oil do you use? Like vegetable oil? Lol would that even work?
Oh no! Please no vegetable oil 😂you can use olive oil or coconut oil as a hair mask (leave it in a few minutes then wash it out), depending on your hair type. Personally, my hair is too thin and these oils weigh it down too much. I would go to Ulta, Sephora, target, etc,. to find a hair oil. There’s a lot out there! ❤️☺️
@@LaineyMarieBeauty thanks! I have really thick hair so I’ll have to look around!❤️
I have to put my hair in a tight bun every day because these are the rules at the hospital where I work. My long hair should not touch my shoulders. I got a warning because I once put it in a long, loose, tail.
can you use baby oil?
Does the oil cause buildup over time? I've wanted to do nightly oil but because my hair is curly and I have a lot of fine hair, I don't want to weigh it down. It's hard to find a lightweight silicone-free oil for my curls. Any suggestions?
That’s why I use a detox shampoo! Highly, highly recommend. It gets rid of product build up, oil, and dirt! It’s sooo hard finding a silicone free hair oil. I’m still on the hunt for a good one!
Kevin Murphy shimmer shine!
I stopped using shampoo many years ago and initially your scalp makes more sebum because the shampoo strips your hair and then puts waxes on it but after a while it stops producing too much oil and then I use a boars hair brush daily to pull the oils through and take out dust and whatever is in the air out of my hair. I do use water a couple of times a week to rinse my hair usually there are a couple of other things I do but in the process of getting your hair to adjust to not having shampoo you can also put some baking soda in your hair a little bit lightly and work it through to absorb oils and if you have darker hair put a little cocoa powder in it. It was a process over time. I have a decent amount of hair however the hair itself is fine so it was looking really weighted down when I used shampoo. I did go through the process of just cutting out the conditioner first and then I used to use something called miracle two in my bathwater and that’s all I use for a while and then I quit using soaps in my hair except after doing oil treatments which I use usually coconut oil or olive oil and I sometimes will use shampoo to wash those out or Dr. Bronner‘s soap sometimes works too. I absolutely love these videos aren’t they great! Lainey are so sweet and adorable and you make it really simple and you get to the point in your videos and I appreciate you very much thank you. 😮
Also, love your lipstick! Who and what color?
Thank you! It’s from a brand called “juvias place.” I get it at Ulta. The shade is “madamoiselle.” It’s my favorite peachy, nude lipstick!
@@LaineyMarieBeauty never heard of that brand but pretty nonetheless
Great tips! If I follow these tips, will I have beautiful hair like you? J/k….impossible 🤣
If my hair can go from looking like a string bean to looking like it does now… Then anyone’s can! 😂❤️
9:21 - Thank goodness I don't like the feeling of my hair being in a tight hairstyle!
Same! Hurts my head
Another great tip is don’t use claw clips. They seem like they’re really easy and cute but they destroyed my hair! I have less than 2 inch pieces that stick up in the back of my head because of consistently wearing claw clips. 😢
I love this! One question though…do you have naturally straight, wavy, curly hair? Wondering bc you said you don’t use a hair dryer (which I’ve been doing less also) and bc you only wash your hair once a week (same). I have naturally curly that tends to be on the drier side.
Soo you're telling me I won't be able to grow my hair as long as my kids are stressing me and driving me crazy!!!! Haha great tips thank you!
Hahaha! Basically! Kid stress is a whole different level of stress to manage 😂
Don't forget all the hair that falls out after pregnancy that then grows in slowly while doing weird things... Just me?...
@@kima838 yep! Had two pregnancies back to back and my postpartum hair loss was awful!!!

Are there any hair growth vitamins that you would recommend?
None! I took collagen for awhile but I noticed random hairs popping out of no where and also realized I had to shave almost every day because my hair would grow back sooo fast (except for my head ). I have tried different gummies but no suck luck!
I have been using Olly vitamins for awhile now and I don't notice length difference but my hair feels stronger and fuller.
I’m a curly girl and honestly, do NOT wash your hair to often! I wash my hair barley once a week, sometimes not even in two weeks,it’s not dirty, greasy or smell bad.
When you first stop washing it every day it’s going to be and feel greasy but it will disappear within a month.
Me too. I wash mine every two weeks or sometimes a month will go by! I live in a cool climate and in a small village so the air quality is great. No sweat and no dirt so no need to shampoo it more often. I use Liz Earle products - have done for decades. 100% natural and no animal testing.
As someone with chronic illness I can say this is wrong.
Natural skin oils build up, clog your pores and hair follicles. The natural hair oils will make sticky balls of sebum that stick to your hair and rip it as you try to brush it out. Your hair will not grow as well and not as healthy, it will usually start thinning and falling out.
Not to mention, to get that amount of build up off your scalp, you have to shampoo multiple times which is a lot harsher.
Once a week sure, use a gentle shampoo and shampoo twice maybe three times. Preferably every other day/every third day.
Once every 2 weeks has no benefits. There’s no proof it has any benefits. But there is LOTS of proof of the amount of damage it causes.
Not trying to come off as rude, just a friendly PSA to anyone thinking there is some untapped scientific proof. There isn’t, just look at anyone with a chronic illness that prevents them from completing basic hygiene.
@@jjbowman4653
Someone like myself then, I have bipolar disorder, gad and adhd, that makes me chronically I’ll.
Who’s talking about scientific proof here, I wrote what’s working for ME and what MINE hair routine look like. My hair is bleached, colored and curly and as you can see on my picture it’s also LONG, waist lenght actually.
Let me see if I understand your complaints correctly, the hair gets so full of grease from not washing it every day that it will rip off when you brush it? It will clog up the hair follicles and scalp so bad that it’s impossible to grow healthy hair?
Are you presenting these scientific PROOF that my technique is a danger to life and health just to say that all humans with health issues is going to be bald within a short period of time if they don’t wash their hair daily?
What’s the difference between shampooing your hair twice at the same time ( which is not needed) once a week or shampooing 3 times the same week exempt from your skin and hair being dry from all the washing and drying?
Washing the hair ones a week doesn’t equal showering only once a week, it’s actually possible to shower without wetting the hair.
@@Misslolitastar curly hair is generally more course and dryer than other hair types so you can do well washing once a week and whatever works for you is great you clearly have lovely hair but other hair types, finer hair for example gets greasy more quickly and needs washing more often for best results for that hair type.
@misslolitastar no need to get defensive I said not to be rude for a reason.
I am quite sick, disgusted really, at people who promote bad hygiene habits. People believe it, try it, and wonder why their hair is falling out, thinning, and lookes dirty.
what you should understand is what I have written, I wrote it very plainly.
There is no reason to be as angry as you are, I am trying to help people. obviously not yourself, as you clearly do not enjoy recieving any form of constructive criticism at all.
Ontop of all that. who said anything about showering? or getting your hair wet?
you are so mad, you have begun assuming things and you have cut off your nose to spite your face. Because the majority of your self insert story makes no sense. I cannot understand what your talking about when your thoughts are written incomplete.
That's nice that you have chronic illnesses, would you like a goldstar? for me to tell you that "you win"? you seem very proud of yourself for that? By any means, it doesn't mean you need to act like a brat.
