I'm wearing my Citizen The Citizen right now. I bought it this year. I wear it every day and I absolutely love it. It came from Japan set to the second. I rolled the hour hand back, recovered the day, and it's been spot on ever since. It's beautiful and keeps almost exactly perfect time.
Great choices! I might go with Vacheron Overseas Everest dual time, NOS Seiko Grandfather Tuna, JLC Reverso Hybris (newer model), three or four Grand Seikos of different movement types, at least 10 G-Shocks including at least one MRG model, a few Seikos, Vacheron 222 gold, two or three Christopher Ward watches, and around 10 watches from various micro brands. Oh yeah and something 100% handmade (something fun or dressy, preferably both). Wow I’m greedy as F!!
Great stuff, i would maybe replace a few of the black dials and add at least 1 blue dial diver ish, for vacay purposes but outside of that good selection
I don’t get the love for Cartier, I just don’t. Handsome sure but that’s it for me. I don’t normally pay attention to watches over 10 grand but thanks to your video I did today. The only two that really impress me above that amount are the 1908 and the Lange, both look stupendous. Interesting that I am more drawn to the Japanese stuff, the Citizen and Grand Seiko stand out to me. I also really like a Speedy, especially the versions with the alpha hands, is that a Pro maybe? Great videos as always, I just dig your whole vibe
@@ImpulsiveWatches I have a tank homage and it’s lovely. I don’t have any negative opinions about Cartier, I just don’t understand how as a fashion brand they not only get a pass (when Gucci and others get nothing but vitriol) but they are almost a grail brand for so many. I do quite enjoy the variety and absurdity that comes along with our shared hobby, so I will just leave them be and observe them from afar. I already do this with so many others for various reasons; Rolex, Casio, Hublot, Richard Mille, Xeric, PRX etc. Can’t wait until one of them changes my mind which then gets me to buy their watch. For several reasons I’m hoping it’s the 1908 ;)
@@jokur2630 Cartier have been producing watches since 1888, so have more history than a fair number of mainstream watch brands. As jewellers primarily, I think they get a bit more of a pass from people than brands that came up making handbags and clothes.
Interesting inclusion the MR-G (Casio G-Shock). My counter-choice (or simply a recommend) to that would be to have a look at the MT-G B3000 series, launched in 2022. And the reason that I find this series interesting would be that they're only 12.1mm thick, which makes them lay flat to the wrist, so a heck of a lot less "chunky" than nearly anything else in the G-Shock catalogue.

I'm only a fan of dress watches. I like the better dialled Seiko, King Seiko and Grand Seiko. The many complications of Patek. The plainer Vacheron and JLC and some Cartier bling. And then hit the the stratosphere with Moritz Grossman and Phillipe Dufour.
It's your watch collection and i would never dream of commenting on your choices. The only two comments.. well.. maybe one question and one comment.. i can have is No diver? and as a comment, i think this is actually one of the best exercises to have a watch collection. At least for me. I do the same, and i try to have the big picture in mind with the next purchase, although taste can change.
Yeah the thing about that is I don't think I'd swap my BB54 for anything, even if money was no object. So it's covered, but just not by something I'd buy with a blank cheque ^^.
If that happened to me, it might be 1 Seamster Professional 2. Planet Ocean 3. Promaster Air Radio Controlled 4. Amfibia with no date 5. one Russian auto with 24-hour dial and no date 6. Gravitymaster GPS 7. Prospex Dive with Spring Drive 8. one Casio with Tide Graph + Moon Phase + Solar 9. one more Henry Archer 10. one more Avi-8
I get what you're saying, but I'm a man stuck in my ways at this point, if I got infinite money given to me now, I could eat gourmet food for the rest of my life, but I bet I'd still fancy a Maccies xD. Apply that analogy to watches and you might see my logic ^^.

Patek Philippe 5204 in green😁
What? No green and no purple? This can't be an Impulsive Watches no holds barred list.
The citizen is indigo, does that count? ^^
Enjoyable video. I like all your choices. For me I think the 1908 & A Lange & Sonne are top of my fantasy list that I’ll never own.
Never say never
I would definitely get something from H. Moser. They’re so cool. 😎

I think Cartier might be one of those things in life that is an acquired taste. I wasn't a fan for a long time either.

You had me at washi… everything after that was a bonus
I think you should get some of these in for review, 😂. Great video as usual.
That's the real dream ^^
I will get a spring drive GS with decent dial
I’d expand to 12 to have more options and colors but hell yeah it’s nice, it’s not mine but that’s the whole point right!
Probably something like a fabrege agathon
With infinite money, I'd probably buy one of everything.
If money is unlimited I might go for an Urwerk 120 and/or an Ulysse Nardin Freak, watches that show time in a different way.

Very nice selection, but all too dressy for my cup of tea. I want to be excited when I put a watch on my wrist!

A watch that shows time , and i dont need infinit money to buy that .
How in the world do you include Citizen and CW and not JLC or Glashutte Original. Or AP. just crazy if you have infinite amount of money.

You know kicking yourself for not getting the CW for the early bird offer then?
I'd buy CW watches and shut it down.
Infinite money = Infinite watches!
