How to fit a back-to-wall toilet: The client has chosen a back-to-wall toilet in the bathroom. In this video, you will see a step-by-step guide on how to install a back-to-wall toilet.
In one of my earlier videos, you can see when I had to re-plumb the pipe work as the client changed their mind on the type of toilet they wanted, as a back-to-wall toilet needs to have all the pipe work concealed behind the main toilet….
    - Here is when I re-plumb the toilet:

2023 viewer here, I am so grateful for this excellently put together two year old tutorial 🙂
Mine's a bit odd as I needed to change the toilet seat with hidden fittings, however these were bolted out of sight under the seat (not the common pop up out type. I honestly had no idea where to start till I saw your installation and realised how it all came together. Thank you once again 🤟

Kudos for a clear instructional video. I have a very similar toilet half installed, but was unsure about the 2 bolts holding the cistern to the pan, I can't believe they designed it with just plastic bolts, especially as the cistern is not bolted to the wall. Anyways, I can now go and finish it before wifey gets home.

Good video. I prefer to use the 'back to wall' flexible pan connectors which are clamped to the pan spigot using a jubilee clip. That way you don't have to worry about leaks, or about the connector popping off if you're pulling the thing in and out.

Thanks for your time to do this informative video. I hate back to wall toilets simply because flex pipes are bound to fail at some point in their lifetime and if concealed then that's trouble. They are also a pain to install. But anyway that's my opinion and an option between aesthetics and practicality. Question please : Pre-fitting, I noted that the toilet had a slight floor wobble. Did the floor wobble resolve once you tightened the toilet to the floor brackets ? Thanks once again.

However we have a problem - our horizontal wall connection sticks out too far, like the one in your video did originally. I wondered how you removed it?
