- Week 3 of 20 to a different body
Loving getting into the gym at 5am before work and also getting my steps in.
I’m using chat AI as my coach on chat GPT and have a 20 week diet plan that it made for me to follow.
I also got the structure of my training plan from my own personal preference on how I like to train. I preform a top set and back off set and try to progressively overload.
Sitting at a healthy 222 pounds and progressing.
Back on the daily steps and will see how I look in 20 weeks.

Nice job man! I am at the same weight as you and on the same journey. One thing I will say if you are cutting at your weight and strength: Make sure you get plenty of protein and carbs. Currently at 6 days a week at the gym with 10k-15k steps a day until I get to 215. I'll be following you on your journey man.
Hey dude! Thanks for the support. I like to cycle my carbs and have, medium, high and low carb days. My diet will slowly reduce the carbs and keep the protein up high. I also have a cheat meal once a week to keep me sane. I do try and hey between 10k and 15 steps as well. We are on the same path for sure 💪
