With Manu I just want him to find something to improve on every camp day. One small thing at a time and eventually it’ll add up into a good career.
Maybe it's stamina that's the only thing that he needs to work on - who knows, though.
There’s no better summary of Lions rookie minicamp out there; thanks again Riz!
( Detroit Lions Family) I appreciate you sharing your notes because they were on point as usual! JJ Ross was moved to Safety because it seems the Lions really like him! He is one UDFA who I think will make the TEAM.
I love your passion for the sport and life. You have a remarkable knack for being objective and fair - while being kind. I hope your traits rub off on some others in Detroit media because there are too many sour pusses currently that let their negativity erode progress. Anyway I look forward to every video and keep up the good work.
Time to hit the 👍 if you haven’t already.
we Windsorites salute you back Bud!
You know it's a legit Pod with the Lion's blankie
Good job Jeff really appreciate it you give a pretty good at depth about everything. Keep at it my friend.
Maybe a lot of first time jitters for many of these guys? Thanks for another excellent presentation!👍
Thanks for all of the info, brother. As usual, you are on top of it. Lots of guys to be excited about.
For Real I can't wait till pre season!!💯💯
I look forward to your analysis Jeff, it is the best. Keep up the good work.
Manu is a project. He will need time and the right coaching to develop.
Love these videos Jeff! You do a great job! Thanks!!!
I had not thought of that but I like it
Your analysis is almost always right on. Love this take.
Amon-Ra doesn't win with speed either so I'm not worried about Williams
Agreed
We need to start preparations for the inevitable clone war, and we need to start by cloning Gio Manu as our super soldier. He's very raw of course, but he should end up being a world-class warrior eventually. That dude has freakish physical gifts, that's a given, but he's gotta learn, refine his technique and such.
I appreciates you, Jeff
JJ Ross is kicking both their asses in camp.
Thank you for the very informative video JEFFE
Nice evaluation. Appreciate it.
Man I see Rakestraw as an outside cb. They better give every opportunity to make it on the outside before moving him to the nickle permanately. Ideally you want Arnold and Rakestraw to be our two long term outside cbs in the future.
Yeah, I agree. What are they going to do with Brian Branch
I though branch played best at nickel without a doubt last year. I think they may move him to safety@scarabonyx3565
I don’t think you folks realize how terrible the inside play was on this team. I mean I don’t think many of you evaluate it that way. But watch Rakestraw on the intermediate passes in college. He does what no lions CB does.
As for Branch? He’s a S. He can move there with almost no moss in his game. That’s why you take versatile DBs when you have the chance. I’d fully expect a 5 man set to look something like
1. Davis
2. Arnold
3. Rakestraw
4. Branch
5. Joseph
Rakestraw and Branch are both short and intermediate pass defenders and both can play the run. Again. Watch the games again and count how many times a QB beats them with a 5-7 yard lob to a check down.
You’ll see that was BY FAR the biggest issue last year.
@@thomaswatkins3686 there aren’t benching iffy for a rookie, branch is staying at nickle thet my prediction
( Detroit Lions Family)To me Rake straw has superior footwork than Terrion Arnold and slot should fit him well and will allow Brian Branch to play more Safety!
Can't wait to watch the Lions' "redshirt" draft pick in Hendon Hooker playing QB during this coming preseason!
True he's a fun backup to have instead of years past
Cade Peterson
👍
i think rakestraw could be a really good slot
Let him and Amik play slot and let BB play the star position and roam around the field
new uniform numbers are the dan skipper effect. we can definitely read em now. refs have no excuses this time
Dan is with Aaron Rodgers doing some Hayuasca
We drafted a lot of projects, its going to take them years before they would be NFL ready
Yeah we'll see.
Riz on the Scene!!! Like a $ex Machine!!! 'King of Soul reference 😎
Isiah Williams and Vaki returning kicks
Does Mahogany walk with a noticeable wobble??
M 1 turns to Grand River if ya wanna drive through Brighton and Howell.
94 to 23 to 96 @Riz
Frankie tank from the East side come on Jeff let's talk about the practice man ♂️ does it matter how tall you are doesn't matter how skinny you are
Homogeneity... wordflex
Frank the tank who cares about the sloppiness man
Alright...bro there is no issue whatsoever understanding rakestraw... literally zero and the fact you made a point to drive it home he had a crazy southern draw....he isn't leggette
Take I-94W to North US 23 to I-96 W to Lansing to bypass the 275-696-96 mess
