Today wheat is the main food crop of North India. Here the dietary protein and food supply is provided by wheat. The scientific name of wheat is Triticum aestivum. It is a grass from the Levant province of the Middle East, which probably came to India with the British. Wheat contains a substance called gluten, which causes stomach ailments, which affects our immunity.
Now just look at the history of North Indian crops 50 years ago. 50 years ago wheat production in the whole of North India was negligible. Maize, Jowar, Bajra were the cereal crops grown throughout North India and were the most consumed grains. Milk, curd, ghee were used more for attachment, which provided protein and also did not cause stomach diseases and our immunity was also good.
As far as Rajasthan is concerned. Here millets were grown in North and West Rajasthan and jowar and maize were grown in East and South Rajasthan. These three food crops were included in our diet. Wheat bread was made only 4 or 5 days in a year. They were also often made when guests came to the house. All the rest of the year only millet was eaten. At that time there was no stomach disease and there was no fear of viral fever.
Foods made from wheat and rice flour weaken the digestive system and become a home for stomach ailments. So consume more of your traditional foods, by which our immune system remains strong and we stay away from seasonal diseases.

The proof of wheat being grown in India goes back to more than 4700 years. Gluten is not harmful. The stomach ailments are immune response only for people allergic to wheat, which is why there are so many people allergic to wheat in USA. Indians have been consuming wheat since long and they don't have an allergic response to gluten.

Divorce rate is directly related to oppressing women. Atleast in our history. We need to teach the guys about the dharmic culture. We had women warriors . But why they were made to just be sati. Lets follow religious grounds on all posts.
