To be truthful, my friend brought me to this video.
Today we were playing volleyball during second hour, and she was kicked off for not knowing how to play. I found her crying in the room where the balls are kept. Started teaching her to play and she’s already got the basics in 15 minutes or less. I’ve never seen her so happy.

Thanx for this. Today I got three wounds for saving the ball during our game. It was Section A VS. Section B. We Had a tie breaker though since we only had an hour to play last morning. And people says sport players always gets wounds when playing the sports. (Wounds hurt🤕🤕🤕😫😫😫😭😭😭)

I'm no volleyball expert, but from what I think, you might be aiming your arms too far forward, and your platform may be facing more forward that upwards.

i like this a lot but i just couldn’t stand how in the last drill, the girl was calling the ball right after she already passed it😂i know it’s not that deep but just a small pet peeve haha

It's interesting how one girl is doing low passes and one girl is doing high passes to the wall. Which one is closer to an actual pass? These drill instructions seem really vague, which is why it looks so inconsistent.
