This perfect for me, holy crap! I'm starting a club team at my college next Fall but I have nobody to practice with everyday. So good solo training like this is perfect for me :)
This will be great for quarantine rn

Thank you for sharing these awesome drills.
Amazing! Thank you very much for these drills. I have to practice alone frequently, and these will definitely be added to my routines.
It, s a very good video to teach how to make your defence perfect.... I like it very much....
Thank you so much. I play at Encore Volleyball Club and I'm getting a bit rusty in passing and so I decided to try this. Hopefully, it works and I get better.
Kailee Kuan did it work!?
Thanks for the instruction, i really need it to improve myself in volleyball
Me too
+Bân Tully Just wonderful, been searching for "volleyball skills drills" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Renndrew Volleyball Victimless - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.
This is amazing training for the solo brick wall championships
Nice, I want to do this drill. How far away should the player stand from the wall? And what height and size are the squares at?
It really depends on how hard you pass the ball just wherever you feel comfortable!
I love this drill! Thank you!! So excited to have my players try this!
Quick question: When she does 1 knee non-linear passing at 1:22, why does she have the left leg forward? Wouldn't it be preferable to have the left knee down so that the hips are open to the wall and not away from the wall as she is doing?
+Tony Wu This simulates her doing a drop step

Good Job coach!
is this suitable for move forward activity?
Good, is very important to feel the ball on your arms
omg i love this drill!
it is really great exercise.... i love it
what should be the height difference of the boxes
How big is the square (12 or 18 inches maybe?). How high above the ground are the two squares used in the video?
The line at the far left is the net height. You can guesstimate from there...
+rmertens723 How skilled are your players? Let that guide you on how big to make your target.
Excelente!!!!
Oh my.... Are you okay??

Left foot forward??? :|
Why not? When you defend on the left side of the court, you have your left foot forward to keep your shoulders in the setter direction.
Doesn't make sense to me.. it's ok in a controlled drill like this wall drill but not in a real life court situations... you will trip over your own feet...
+Julio Cruz how do you trip over your feet putting your left foot forward?
paxplayalong im sure he was talking about this one at 1:22. That one doesnt make sense. Thats almost like a crossed leg and pass.

به بالا بودن شانه ها دقت کن
That box is way too low. It's just not game-like.
