This is a great video but at our school the coaches don’t want our hands on our knees as a base because it slows your reaction time especially when receiving hard serves or hits. Our base position has our arms out ready for the ball to come over.
Currently coaching 3rd grade girls for the first time and taking notes from this video to use in tonight's practice!
