This is a great video but at our school the coaches don’t want our hands on our knees as a base because it slows your reaction time especially when receiving hard serves or hits. Our base position has our arms out ready for the ball to come over.

This is basically how u teach serving With me I put in some reward and punishment Reward= take 2 steps backwards each time your Ball goes across Punishment= Take 2 steps forward each time ball does not go across. It helps players to be focused And Confident
