Loved the convo but he never really answered how he went about the 9 properties. There just wasn't enough time. What were they, where, how did he find them so quickly, how come his serviceability didn't cap him? I'd have gladly listened for another 2 hours. The logistics of that in such a short period of time is pure gold. A follow up podcast perhaps?
Ok now we’re talking the hard hitting questions! Remys off Rundle mall kills it for BBQ chicken haven’t personal had it but mates say it’s the nuts, it is a deep dish pizza though so make sure you bring your appetite and stretchy pants! No idea for Massaman Currie, whenever I eat Thai it’s ChoChe Currie every time! Not every Thai place will even make it but the place on Henley beach road called T Thai does an amazing one, I’d be lying if I said I ate it less than once a week!
Great interview, Todd! Loved it. Big question is where can we find positively geared properties at the current interest rate levels? It’s tough, even at 80% loan
Love the podcast and vids. Working my way through them all now. I think I'll have a good story for you when the time is right. For this particular one.. I feel a lot of concern in your voice 😂 it sounds like a cross colatoralised mess, all P&I with little understanding of the purpose of interest only investments and tax benefits. It would have been a lot cleaner if he had just pulled the chunk of equity out of his house and not risked his family's fortunes. I cant imagine there's any trust structures in place here either, but that is a guess.
It's not a question of How did he do that but more of Why did he buy 9 properties in 8 weeks and what was he doing for the rest of his life. P. S. Haven't watched the video, just commenting on the click bait 😅
Great podcast! Want to get started investing in property but I'm a sole trader so I've always thought no way banks would lend to me
It can be trickery as a sole trader but there’s also some big pros as well. Do you have an investment savy broker on your team yet?
Hi Tod, thanks for this episode it was great. Are you able to share the spreadsheet that Clint has mentioned? Thanks.
Thanks, lots of good ideas to consider
Glad it was helpful mate!

I feel we really could have made this into a 3 hour ep too 🙂
Great inspiration Clint
He's got such a cool story!
Todd, which pizza joint makes the best bbq chicken pizza in Adelaide, and which Thai restaurant cooks the best beef massaman curry in Adelaide?

I had no idea that Carl Barron was also a successful property investor! 😄
haha I guess he looks like he could be Carl's cousin
This is all risky … not good strategy advise kids
It is pretty intense, how would you have done things differently?
@@pizzaandproperty1246 not be trapped to lender or the Australian taxation system
Fair enough bro whatever works for you 😊

Haha I love the PS honesty bro 😊
Answer is it’s a part of a much larger goal
