That is the smartest kid I’ve ever seen. He knows as much as I know being middle aged. So much knowledge and experience. When I was 18-21 I was just out partying every night and getting drunk. How I wish I could be 18 again and know what he knows
Just finished watching this. Having just turned 59 it's amazing to see myself in you young man. I have spend 43yrs working. 1st marriage for 8yrs. ( wife worked against my goals) 2nd marriage almost 20yrs to the day. ( Worked against my goals) 3rd marriage ( coming up 7yrs) 3rd time lucky. Working with my goals. Much harder having suffered several physical injurys some having caused ( heres the label placed on me) Disability of dominant hand. Yet I Am still aiming high, with my wife totally on team success. Thank you both sincerly In our household we look after my mum 93 with dimentia. Tough juggling my own business and all that we deal with. Might read as strange, however you both just gave me a new lease on life, bringing my focus back to where it used to be when I was a boy. Bought my first plane ticket when 10yrs old so I could meet my grandmother for the first time face to face. Mum and dad taught me how to make money and it work for me. A couple of sad choices slowed me right down is all. Once again thank you both😊👍👍
as I was interviewing him i was looking closely for doubt, and it just wasn't there. The skill of being able to learn something, understand it and then just go execute is so undervalued. Max is showing us all just what can be achieved so young when you nail it.
Wow that was a refreshing vid, good to see a fellow young guy out and about. My wife and i are 20 and looking for our 3rd property. This guy has really got the cash flow nailed tho! More than me.
Wow what an inspiration! From owning multiple properties and still have time to volunteer on Thursdays. You have been brought up so well mate. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Keep up the great work legend! Great interview!
Great podcast Todd. Regular viewer really liked the way you sums things up and ask really good questions so we can get some learn something from these guys.

@pizzaandproperty1246 not being nasty, just being realistic. Common sense and math. Kids in school working at mcdonalds earn a very basic minimum wage, for a kid to go to school AND work at mcdonalds means he's either working around the clock and never sleeping for that minimum wage, or he's lying. And even if he did work every available hour to earn as much money as he could without sleeping, he still couldn't save enough - it would litterally take years to afford one house deposit, let alone many house deposits. Sure, if you had a deposit for one house and purchased it you could use it as collateral to buy another, but only if you had paid a substantial amount off of it, but no bank would let a young kid with a full mortgage go into debt on a minimum wage to buy many other houses when his income couldn't support the basic repayments. Their criteria assessment on affordability would calculate him to be a high risk. And IF you somehow did achieve that, you don't own these houses, you're just in major debt and spending more than your income would allow. So it might make you FEEL important when you say you've got several properties, but you do not own them. If he does truly own several houses and achieved this from such a young age he's either had major financial backing from his parents, or is just plain lying. Common sense and math.
