Huseyin states that people on half his wage could do half of what he's done, I'm here to tell you that anyone on $90K per annum income cannot accumulate much more than 1 or 2 properties with the current rate environment. I'm willing to be he accumulated all of the properties prior to any interest rate rises AND likely has a partner he purchased with (additional income) I get you guys like to point out 1 property per month over 7 months but it's just not realistic anymore. I wish you were more honest about the finance bit...
