I have been testing with the 'Scratches Happen" lately as well. I would take some 2000 grit sand paper over those touch ups and follow up with a Rupes iBrid nano orbital polisher with a yellow pad with some compound, and that can look even 90% better!

True. The directions didn't include that information, but after googling it, that is how the process should be done. I've done a few other scratches on our truck and that method works the best.

Start off with 800 grit first don’t jump to 2000 immediately
You need to have lightly sanded it before you applied the clear coat.
