THIS VIDEO!!!! THANK YOU!!! I have been learning Russian for 9 years and I still have more to learn- these phrases make it SO much easier to be able to chat to my Russian friends. Thank YOU ❤️❤️
n-nine… *years?*
@@win_cie haha yes?? 9 years I have been studying it! On and off of course, but still always finding more to learn with it. It is a constant journey:)
@@RM-vz3lywow lol
Omg nine years? 🥲 I suddenly felt hopeless about myself 🥲
@@avaconrad4654 don’t feel hopeless! I just started it 9 years ago and studied alone using RUclips, then I spent 2 years doing qualifications in it at school and college and then 2 years at university as well then after that I realised that a lot of the Russian I learned is “textbook” Russian not how Russians really speak in day to day life because there is slang and other short forms of speaking. So I feel that I am learning constantly more and more over the years go by ❤️ everyone learns at different speeds it is normal
This is a great list of phrases of use to more advanced students as well as beginners. Well done Fedor - your videos are getting better and better.
This is essentialy the same advice I would give, This is more for advanced learners. Calling this a beginners level vocabulary is a tragedy.
I joined BF camp! Can't wait until I can get better at hearing, understanding and speaking Russian
love ur energy dude it motivates me to study and its always fun nd useful 👍 thanks
I started learning Russian about four weeks ago. Your channel is the first one I found on RUclips, and it's really great. I also follow your advice; I had made the same mistake with my English as you, I didn't speak, just words and grammar, so I thought it would be a grate idea to practice with someone right form the start, and guess what, it works! It's also fun to learn a third language with English and German. Это заебись!
great way of using this curse word man🙌🤙
I agree 4 weeks of grammar might be a good preparation for this vidoe. He should say so at the beginning to warn the unsuspecting.

Чувак, так получилось что я учу английкий и случайно попал на твое видео! Сам я знаю Украинский, Русский, могу говорить по Английски, но плохо и еще знаю немного Турецкого. У тебя отличное произношение. Удачи!)) 9:35 - Не торопись, не спеши, не гони, не лети.. можно сказать по разному)
The content lately has been especially on point, this is my favorite video by far
Love your videos! I had a course in Russian (Russian 101, LOL) during my freshman year in college 36 years ago. It was just enough to learn the most basic aspects of the language. For the most part, I can still read Russian but that is a far cry from actually understanding the language and being fluent. I still try to pick up a little extra knowledge however I can. Thank you for your lessons!
Thank you Fedor! It really helps!
ive meant to be learning russian an hour a week but ive found myself coming to watch these videos just for fun, you are really good at what you do my friend

Great work Fedor. Learning a lot from your channel.
Since I discovered you, I have been going through your earlier beginner playlist videos but I noticed you recently updated it. Could I have the previous list?
We simply reorganized it for the newer videos to appear first, so, simply go from the end to the beginning, that's all.
Fedor, the best Russian teacher in RUclips!

Hey fedor I love your videos so much they help me learn russian. What does есть mean? I know it is used in like у меня есть and у тебя есть and stuff like that. But I can't find the meaning of the word есть

есть means both to have and to eat) but forms are different
@@ShararamFilms thank you

Весьма, но я предпочёл бы увидеть другие в этом восхитительном видео
This is actually very useful
I love your videos
You’re an amazing teacher and you make me laugh so hard 😂😁
0:23 я тебе перезвоню?
Is there a mistake?❤
I really liked the video anyway, even if its an old video I am watching it because it is so useful. Спасибо!
Тебе is correct.
Yes, you're right!
Thank you very much for the video.
Would it be possible to have the list of phrases in the description ?
Done! Thank you for your suggestion!
5:35 "you forgot the tables?" got it 😛
Can you please show some samples of what is it like your course? Sample lesson and materials?
great video
I know some Russian over the years but I need to learn more,I go by listening and repeating basically but I can't read Russian so I'm learning it backwards I admit but it's so hard to remember the words. Im lucky if I can learn 2 to 3 words a day but when I listen I'm doing multitasking so that doesn't help because I work and listen and repeat the words in my head and out loud but also my other issue I know more Russian than i know as well because I can't remember what I said many times and I'm speaking Russian I forget what I said (I forgot the meaning of the words). I'm a work in progress but i love Russia the Russian people etc so I need to learn, I will subscribe hopefully I will learn more but I'm a slow learner
Great video! I always wondered where you are from as you have a slight accent in Russian.
Yes, I'll use them! :D
These phrases are really usefull... 👍
Always love your videos, I hope you can give examples of phrases wheter it is for a male or female, because Russian is always changed in gender 😊
Be aware ladies, Russian words have female and male versions. So just make sure you know which you're using. Here the examples are fantastic, but they are male such as "I'm not sure - Я не уверен", you would add an a if your a female. Though I doubt anyone would really judge considering they would mostly likely know your still learning. Keep up the good work 👍

Мы фокусируемся на МНЕ когда добавляем ТО. Именно акцент на МНЕ а не на какое-то другое слово.
Very helpful... But it'll be nice if you could repeat every expression super slowly for beginners like me.
Just an advice you can reduce the speed in youtube videos
Hi fedor can you please make video about when to use ( я имею) and when to use ( у меня есть)
@Be Fluent In Russian - I'm assuming it's я даже не знала if a girl is saying "I didn't even know"??

When the times are hard and you see someone is worrying about if it's going to be okay; if everything is going to work out, you can cheer them up by saying:

Everything will be okay/alright.
Всё будет нормально.

В худшем случае.

even personal, and you don't want to talk about it right now, what you say is:

Let's get back to this topic a little bit later. Maybe there's other people around you right now and they don't feel comfortable discussing this.

When you want to ask your friend for a ride, you say:

I am a new learner, and I was wondering if you could explain the difference between Здесь and тут.
Good question!
I'm not sure, i think здесь is in an area and тут is point.
I want to ask back: what's the difference between "new" and "brand new"?
they are the same, just тут is informal, здесь is formal
Я тебе перезвоню *** (dative/prepositional of ты)
тебя - (genitive/accusative singular of ты )
5:07 doesn’t “Прослушал” mean “listened” not missed? I’m a bit confused there
"Прослушал" has two meanings: listened and missed. Unfortunately, they are easily confused without context.
хорош ты. I have started to check word here and there with translator-apps. It seems like a very powerful learning tool. I am trying to learn useful sentences but still then getting stuck with things like pre-du-pre-di. Warning pre-pre like well in advance. What are the ду and ди after the both пре .
Предупреди:
Пред - first prefix, like in word предсказание - forecasting, у - second prefix, пред - root, word прежде has the same root
@@zavulon422 пред and пред as to emphasize and tha last и is just grammar for me to still figure out its purpose.
all about Fedor's example предупреди меня заранее
google translator translates предпреди as to warn also.. is the у silent ...
предпред is representative and предпреди́ is "warn". by google translator. Hmm ..
Can u put English subtitles.
What's the feminine for 16. уверенa ?
Yes
do you have a video explaining all the definitions for you - ты вы тебя вас ?
Here's one - ruclips.net/video/G2gi1ZMw0M4/видео.html
But we don't have one that would explain ТЫ - ТЕБЯ differences. That's just simply cases in Russian. Might be a good one to make though!
@@BeFluentinRussian yes I understand ты and вы for formal and informal and вас is speaking to multiple or a group of people but for тебя I know it is used for I love you I miss you I need you I was wondering why тебя only in these situations thank you
@@itzerrorcode тебя basically translates to "to you" in english! Though it is difficult and I am still trying to understand it myself.
@@James-nk6tz yes I know the meaning I was more wondering the reasoning behind it

maybe i'll start learning russian again
У тебя очень крутое произношение, мне кажется ты носитель русского и просто притворяешься
This one I can't search on internet. Пропустил, this what I found that has meaning missed.
"прослушал" means listened, not missed.
I like the videos but only saying it once (and fast) for a beginner, makes it difficult to. Perhaps phonetics at the bottom as well?
Thx!
