    Claridge Icon has 21 for sale according to Redfin... 1 Bd, 625 sq.ft chopped down from $515k to $450k within a month, parking is extra. There's about 4 units for rent... I think a lot of investors tried the Rental path... but are jumping ship??? Prices are probably still up from initial construction pricing. It took maybe 10 years to finally complete the Icon... so many delays.

      You’re definitely still paying a premium for new construction. And not having a parking spot can add up quickly when you look to tack that onto the price.
      But condo prices have been steadily increasing month over month since the dip. I would be surprised, as more people return to the city for work, if they lose their value.

    Rideau street...all weirdos and drug addicts walking down the streets...asking for change...homeless shelters just around the corner..
