Nub Zur hes talking about the title, the preperation and the workplace looks too clean to be called streetfood :D I think that the word “streetfood” just makes is easier for the algorithm to pick up and recommend it to you.
Well it is a Korean street food that was originally sold on the streets. But just because they are using machines for mass production doesn’t mean it’s still not a street food
I like how it has a safety cage around the arm remover 9000, and he decides that not having his arm removed is more of a guideline than an actual rule... :-P

The term 'street food' is used broadly these days. Just because this bread will be sold on the street doesn't mean it's a street food. I'd call a bakery/boulangerie as street food then if it's the same case.
I don't think it's safe to stick your hands through the metal safety grates. Perhaps use a stick instead. Hate to have the guys fingers end up in the dough!

First thing I noticed too!!!
Arm remover 9000 😁
With the emergency stop button at an almost reachable distance.
Indeed. If they need to push the dough into the damn thing, use some kind of tool? I wonder how many arms the arm remover 9000 has claimed thus far.
this is only to stop you from accidentally losing your arm, perfectly fine to do it intentionally :)

This is being done early in the morning, call skill. I work in a kitchen and I would not get by that machine.
Since when does street food have big pieces of kitchen equipment indoors not on the street?
After so many eggs and buttering and coating I expeted it to be baked, rather than fried.. curious.
It's like a donut...

Interesting. I wonder how these taste like.
Pretty damn good, I'd reckon.
Amazing
In China they are called "mahua" and taste good with a cup of coffee.
A cross between a Chinese doughnut and a croissant, dusted in Panko and deep fried golden brown. Delightfully twisted:)
How do people there not weigh 400lbs? :) It looks really good.

I low key was having an anxiety attack at 6:07 when the bread was sliding after being put on the strainer. I thought they were gonna fall off😭😭

Hahahaha.... I thought I was the only one.. I flipped 🤣🙄

You must live either a very boring life or a very protective one to get anxiety attack from falling bread. Seek help from your local physicians.
If I weren't mistaken...were they cut the dough using cutter blade, was it good for food??
