why put settings behind screws on the underside of the unit? Gonna make finding the sweet spot that much more annoying, and bugger it if you like 2 sweet spots right
Andre Mellao I've been watching these videos of the PC-2A and I've noticed this same exact comment from you on every single one of them. You REALLY didn't have anything better to do, did ya? ...Unless Origin Effects is paying you to promote their Compressor. It's one thing to post your opinion on one video, but on 4+ videos?? Come on, man. Get a Life!!
I also have these two... It really depends on which amp you plug these into... For some, the cali 76.. for others.. the effectrode... Both are great but have different emphasis, the cali 76 has more energy on the mid range
Sorry for my intermission. I have all these pedals and for incredible as it seems, my favorite, without doubts is the Diamond compressor (maybach version)
volume swells work amazing with this
Now, that's a proper demo. If anything I'd like to hear notes and chords ring longer at times.
But this video is invaluable, yes it is
great review very informative
It's brilliant, makes playing so liquid, very expressive somehow, makes you play for longer.
Great idea to put written text on your video. Usually we have no idea what the person moving knobs is really trying to do.
It plays better with some amps (Victory V40) than with others (Suhr Badger 18), FYI

Once you have the attack you like, it's unlikely to change unless you switch instruments. Less knobs to break
Cali 76CD is better !! I have both

The Cali 76 is a different type of compression. You cannot compare one to the other. They are for different uses.
