Over a one year period, I had two theft attempts of my bicycle from AC Transit buses. I intercepted both of those because I was able to watch my bike. There was a third, successful attempt. The bus was packed, and I could not see over the heads of people (I’m 5’4”) to monitor my bike.
To save on time, get to work not sweaty, to lower the probability of rolling over items that puncture one’s tires, or going over really rough roads and sidewalks that knock one’s wheels out of true.

Doing this for the first time tomorrow. Thanks!
So how does removal of an inside bike work with an intervening bike?
a cargo bay?!? damn, you guys is FANCY!
What if the bike rack and cargos are full?
ask if you can bring it on the bus.

JoeCnNd well then ... you’re screwed. Lol.
Then, ride!
That driver used to drive the 97 back in 2010
For a longer cargo bike, Xtracycle - will it fit on the front rack, or the underside luggage compartment ?
There was s time when people saw in 240p wow
Thank you for the tutorial.
Thank you so much 💓 💗
Informative thx
This is a very helpful video.
what if both bikes use up the rack and you're on the white bus and have your bike where do you put it??
then you wait for the next bus
ok thx, hopefully this helps so i dont look like an idiot at least
Will a folding bike safely fit on the rack? Will the handle hold the small tires?
Couldn't you just fold the bike and take it with you inside the bus? I thought that was the whole point of a folding bike, for the convenience.
homie8333 lol true
Thank You!!!!!!!
Why you taking the bus if you have a bike?
