Wiring pin location is going to differ depending on ECU your running but if your using a custom harness hv them add a CAN plug if it doesn't come with the harness already that way it should be plug and play.

Do you think it can be wired up to open and tilt with the OEM buttons?
Absolutely you would just have to wire it to the OEM open tilt button. I just wanted something close to the shifter.. it’s all preference
