u hear the sound...in my opinion it is very good.i got some of this behringer "cheaper" effekts and I can tell u, that they are better than some expensive efects of well known companies.
If your looking for a Good delay and Cheap, this Pedal is it, Amazing Sounds for the Price, I have the Line6 dl4 and have owned the TC electronics nd1 delay, and the Behringer sounds just as Good!! : )
I don't think this is mentioned in the video, but you can plug a momentary swtich, like a keyboard sustain pedal into the "tempo" to tap out the delay time - really useful.
I have used a bugera v5 and a bo 300 pedal for over and year and no problems at all . love them great stuff. my brother owns a bugera v22 and its awesome. bugera amps are very well built, robust, change the tubs and theyr great
I've been using behringer pedals for a while now, they dont cost much but you do get a great sound! i know they're made of plastic but i can say that i've not broke one whlst stomping lol
what's the use of this clip when you basically demonstrate one single setting? even if it's a "shorty" I'd have liked to get an impression on the overall range of sounds this pedal can offer. and what about obvious pros and/or cons?
Excuse me Sr, but the Pan Out must be connected at the other channel of the stereo speaker; cause the DD600 is Stereo and at this configuration is wasting one channel of sound.....Try it ...that sounds incredible...Connect it with 2 cables and two 500 ohms resistors ...mixing both channels in one signal to amplifier....
This is a delay, not a tremolo. Youd also want the tremolo effect to have sufficient depth to get the on/off effect that your looking for, some of them dont. Or if you have a guitar with independant volume controls for each pickup you could do it by setting one pickup to max and one to min and flicking the pickup selector to the requiered tempo.
yes: microphone linked with a jack cannon to the pedal and pedal linked to the mixer with another jack cannon ;) it works great! And yes, you can get long delay!
aww man realy !? cos this pedals seems prety sweet but im kinda only a begginer so wud i be wasting the little money i hav if I were to get this?? what would u recommend?
Ok, I'm really intrigued now, is the "tempo" thing on the side an input for a tap tempo pedal? SO you can tap in the delay time? If so I am DEFINITELY buying this. And can you make the whooshing "spaceship" sounds with it?
So the Behringer pedals do sound great when you play them? I got the feeling they are crappy made since they're so cheap compared to other pedals like Boss...
@somberstarsinthesky I think all stomp boxes are like that. I can't keep any of them lasting. Of course if you leave it plugged in while its off it drains the battery. But still, they don't last long, but a power supply.
i have beem think about gettign one of these pedals. but im only new to pedals n stuff n i have some qusetions if anyone can answer them. What is the tempo and panout inputs for???? How strong is the pedal (like whats it made out of)?? and is there anythign else i need to know about it??????
i just bought this pack of 3 pedals at best buy ,not really what i went to look for somehow i went there to buy a vacumm belt band ,and i walked out with this great deal of the 3 pedals for 79 bucks ,its the cromatic tuner ,distortiton, and this one ,it comes with 2 small cables ,and one big one,the only thing i didnt like was the little blue light is brighter than the rest of my pedals ,but i walked out happy from there and happy with the quality..and for a really small price
@AnonXenu12 How does it feel to be totally wrong? I use this for a couple of U2 songs and don't use a DD for anything else. Why spend three times as much if the little el cheapo will do the job,,,
I hate how everybody automatically slams brands just because they're cheap. Just because this is cheaper than other boutique delays doesn't necessarily mean that the more expensive pedals are better. Most of the time the cheaper ones get about 85% of the way there. It's kinda like comparing a Rolex to a no name Walmart watch I guess. Both have the same function, but everyone wants the Rolex because of the school of thought that, 'hey, it's more expensive, it must be better!'
no its not made in metal. Its made in plastic. I got the DD400. I can tell you. Its veerrrryy fragile. Im worried to break it everytime i engage it. Forget to use your foot. I rather want a boss dd on ebay. But it sounds great.
I don't know man... I own 2 behringer pedals, a "vintage tube monster" (tube distortion pedal) and a analog delay. they actually sound good and I never had a problem with them... and the bugera amps don't look bad either... of course you can buy much better stuff, but you are not wasting your money trying them out
after distortion. but btw I try anything before-after- on the FX loop on my marshall everything.....this thing kill my sound ! I have no idea why...but the boss dd3 don't do that with the same set-up. still a good delay for clean chanel
happyhappy85 the behringer pedals are made of much cheaper materials and don't feel quite as sturdy as other pedals, but it's the sound that matters, and for the most part, they're great for the price.
okay you need to move it in sequence ..pedals can do this if not in good line, move it around in the chain and see what happens, also check your polarity is correct too.
it might also be that other stuff is overpriced .... i got a few behringer products ... including a great accoustic amp and they all do just as good a job as things that cost a third more money .
if you're a fool who treats you equipment like shit to look cool and aggressive (or so you think) onstage, a behringer pedal is not for you. if you like value and good tone, the newer behringers are excellent.
HAHA i feel sorry for your audience when this thing fucks up, ive known three people to own one of these, and three times i watched them try to turn there delay off and couldn't because the switch inside broke, i was just saying "well at least i have a Boss DD-3" I'll stick with that, looks and sounds better, by the way Metal don't snap
don't lost you're money for this crap !!! ok the pedal himself sound pretty good for the price yeah...but this pedal kill 20% of my distortion sound...so a put this one on the garbage. now I have the boss DD-3 ! the boss don't kill my sound and I like it like that :)
I rarely enjoy listening to the guitarist's style during reviews. However, I could listen to this guy all day.
u hear the sound...in my opinion it is very good.i got some of this behringer "cheaper" effekts and I can tell u, that they are better than some expensive efects of well known companies.

great pedal of course for the price !!
Hi,I own a Roland Cube. Would this pedal work well with that amp lead channel channel?
I love the tunes he plays. Awesome. So soooooooothing...
what's the use of this clip when you basically demonstrate one single setting? even if it's a "shorty" I'd have liked to get an impression on the overall range of sounds this pedal can offer. and what about obvious pros and/or cons?

I just bought this ,the coolest part about it is if you hold the pedal down then it plays back what you just played.
Great come back.
This is a delay,not a tremolo.
Youd also want the tremolo effect to have sufficient depth to get the on/off effect that your looking for, some of them dont.
Or if you have a guitar with independant volume controls for each pickup you could do it by setting one pickup to max and one to min and flicking the pickup selector to the requiered tempo.
I have the dd400 works great...I've got to say that is the brightest led light blinds me, I put white electric tape over it...lol
you think i should buy this or a boss delay?
the boss is more expensive and prob better but still!
is this good for it's price?
thank you :)
yes: microphone linked with a jack cannon to the pedal and pedal linked to the mixer with another jack cannon ;) it works great!
And yes, you can get long delay!
Yeah I was hoping for some deeper analysis too.
aww man realy !? cos this pedals seems prety sweet but im kinda only a begginer so wud i be wasting the little money i hav if I were to get this?? what would u recommend?
Can these pedals be used using a microphone for your voice? Also, can you get a long delay out of this pedal? Thanks
you have to get a reverse polarity plug. they make ones just for behringer pedals u can get em at guitar center or u could go 2 radio shack
could you get angels and airwaves tone with this ?
Joshua Hayes sure dude !
i would like some feedback as quick as possible, can this delay pedal suit doing the beginning to rope? tyvm
Ok, I'm really intrigued now, is the "tempo" thing on the side an input for a tap tempo pedal? SO you can tap in the delay time? If so I am DEFINITELY buying this. And can you make the whooshing "spaceship" sounds with it?

I have this one and I'm pretty happy with it.
Wich is better the dd-7 from boss or this one they both sound really nice.
How does this compare to the EM600 echo machine (Behringer)?
By playing in time with the delay, thus creating harmonic textures.
You can plug a tapper into the 'tempo' socket and set the tempo of the delay yourself.
Does it make kinda loop effect? so u can play an initial reef and then play over it? cause it seems so
@somberstarsinthesky I think all stomp boxes are like that. I can't keep any of them lasting. Of course if you leave it plugged in while its off it drains the battery. But still, they don't last long, but a power supply.
@bamimaninja You should always put distortion last in an effects chain every pedal will degrade the signal
i have beem think about gettign one of these pedals. but im only new to pedals n stuff n i have some qusetions if anyone can answer them.
What is the tempo and panout inputs for????
How strong is the pedal (like whats it made out of)??
and is there anythign else i need to know about it??????
ever tried one?
or are you just repeating what you've heard?
the bypass on my vd400 seems fine
is this pedal better than "Echo Machine"?
@AmberThinks
For 40 or 50 bucks this pedal is a really good deal. Even if you've been playing awhile and you only use delay for one or two songs.
i just bought this pack of 3 pedals at best buy ,not really what i went to look for somehow i went there to buy a vacumm belt band ,and i walked out with this great deal of the 3 pedals for 79 bucks ,its the cromatic tuner ,distortiton, and this one ,it comes with 2 small cables ,and one big one,the only thing i didnt like was the little blue light is brighter than the rest of my pedals ,but i walked out happy from there and happy with the quality..and for a really small price
which one do you like more?
Sounds great
Very useful. Just bought one. Thanks.
@AnonXenu12
How does it feel to be totally wrong? I use this for a couple of U2 songs and don't use a DD for anything else. Why spend three times as much if the little el cheapo will do the job,,,
can this pedal works like BOSS GIGA DELAY?
I MUST LEARN TO PLAY THIS
what is the longest delay time u can get out of it?
joe hanners 6 years
Would have been nice to hear the pan effect...
what were you playing at 1:20
What power cable powers it?
specificly
Yeah, at least the line 6 xt pod that i have, the delays effects are not pretty awesome, but this is little pedal will my next purchase
cool man thanks for your help ill think ill get this cos its real cheap and ya I dont need anything major powerful at the mo ! cheers.
Where is Joe Delaney??????
does anyone know by any chance what size power adaptor this is?
I hate how everybody automatically slams brands just because they're cheap.
Just because this is cheaper than other boutique delays doesn't necessarily mean that the more expensive pedals are better. Most of the time the cheaper ones get about 85% of the way there. It's kinda like comparing a Rolex to a no name Walmart watch I guess. Both have the same function, but everyone wants the Rolex because of the school of thought that, 'hey, it's more expensive, it must be better!'
thats a nice amp. i love bugera amps
no its not made in metal. Its made in plastic. I got the DD400. I can tell you. Its veerrrryy fragile. Im worried to break it everytime i engage it. Forget to use your foot. I rather want a boss dd on ebay. But it sounds great.
I totally agree!
I don't know man... I own 2 behringer pedals, a "vintage tube monster" (tube distortion pedal) and a analog delay. they actually sound good and I never had a problem with them... and the bugera amps don't look bad either... of course you can buy much better stuff, but you are not wasting your money trying them out
hello can i use it for bass
Zied Ghozzia you can pretty much use any guitar effects on a bass
after distortion. but btw I try anything before-after- on the FX loop on my marshall everything.....this thing kill my sound ! I have no idea why...but the boss dd3 don't do that with the same set-up.
still a good delay for clean chanel
this is more like a straight digital delay were as the echo machine tries to get a bit more analogy sounding
tom morello uses a DD-2 for cochise. not a tremolo
i like it but when you try to make it oscillate it gets all choppy. buy a dd7
I use a 333XL combo :)
Yeah can you do The Edge's (guitarist for u2) style?
Why is this so cheap? I mean i was thinking about getting an RV3 why is that like 130 while this is like 20?
happyhappy85 the behringer pedals are made of much cheaper materials and don't feel quite as sturdy as other pedals, but it's the sound that matters, and for the most part, they're great for the price.
I have already this padal
@randomclip12 I recomend DD4600
It's not working properly
yes.
@blackpleg28 The DD-7 by faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrr!
why i loss volume when i put it through the fx loop?
okay you need to move it in sequence ..pedals can do this if not in good line, move it around in the chain and see what happens, also check your polarity is correct too.
@glitchking9111 It probably can, almost any delay can do that. Although i prefer a BOSS delay or a MXR analogue one.
@mikecronis weird, this ones $15ish more expensive..
You want him in the video!? he never used the pedals he just advertised them with terrible playing.
it might also be that other stuff is overpriced .... i got a few behringer products ... including a great accoustic amp and they all do just as good a job as things that cost a third more money .
yeah
Boss DD6 is better, but Behringer DD600 is much much
cheaper with similar function.
9 volt most likely
It should have been both.
you talking to me?
Or a one-spot at least.
if you're a fool who treats you equipment like shit to look cool and aggressive (or so you think) onstage, a behringer pedal is not for you. if you like value and good tone, the newer behringers are excellent.
Next payday, getting this. You haters can spend the extra 50 dollars for the name value...
@ErwingRemix Echo machine is better... especially the tape delay...
@Tlarsen289 Okay thanks.
it has a 2 second looper lol
Yea but there is a huge price difference!
Like all other Behringer pedals its made of plastic.. Sounds great though..
The electronics components are of considerably lower quality too
the color is different LOL
Thought I'd give cheap a try and bought the Behringer DD600, it completely raped my guitar signal. It's a tone sucker, be warned.
this thing is for 50 bucks
HAHA i feel sorry for your audience when this thing fucks up, ive known three people to own one of these, and three times i watched them try to turn there delay off and couldn't because the switch inside broke, i was just saying "well at least i have a Boss DD-3" I'll stick with that, looks and sounds better, by the way Metal don't snap
this demo sucked - he didn't even rejuice, just drank the whole time on the same setting
applejuice
pretty cheap better than danelectro
don't lost you're money for this crap !!! ok the pedal himself sound pretty good for the price yeah...but this pedal kill 20% of my distortion sound...so a put this one on the garbage. now I have the boss DD-3 ! the boss don't kill my sound and I like it like that :)
sounds horrible
DD600 is total shit
lol behringer is shit... just bought pedal 3 days ago and dosent work anymore
