  • I have been looking for a slim LED lightbar to fill the gap above my windshield and roll cage. Nilight came to the rescue with their Slim LED spot and flood combo light. The quality and fitment was what I was looking for.
I bought mine from Amazon here

The install was simple when paired with an accessory controller. I used this one.

The lightbar ended up fitting perfect and is plenty bright for me.
I was surprised with how many products Nilight offers. Check out their catalog and they might have what you need.

Yeah that's a good add on to have, you'll appreciate that light bar if you're ever doing night rides on the trails. That and rock lights are awesome for late night trail shenanigans

Agreed. The rig lights up pretty well at night. Night wheeling up here in New England is harder to come by. Hopefully soon I can get out for night time hooliganary

@@FMJeeping lol the other night at Windrock my Rock lights decided to start working again. Pretty fitting seeing as how that was the last place I was at when they decided to stop working. Well kinda, I couldn't shut them off and had to disconnect the dang battery to get them to shut off 😆...I'm still eyeing another set of rock lights, but the one tons come first.

@@BSG4x4 that sounds annoying. I'm going to see if Nilight or DCS has a good set.

Nice project Mark. So when can we look forward to seeing your Badlands footage? 😊

Thank you. Unfortunately, I didn't get much footage at badlands. The group I was with ran into issues as the first offshoot on the first trail and it consumed just about half our day. Then my camera died shortly after. I have just a few short clips I posted of the stupidity we were into . Nothing more really besides a few good pics. Sorry.

Good point. Iirc there are heat sinks will hold water If you flip it over. I'll have to check it out though

@@FMJeeping fills up that area real nice but figured if you have the control box shortest path kinda thing couldn't tell where the harness comes out of the bar though

All good. I might still try it. I like short runs of wire vs. longer runs if possible.

Good fit, what’s the length of the light bar?

      41" total overall length

It looks good. Couple questions. Is there a reason you didn't run it to the passenger door? Does the light hit the windshield or the hood? If so does it effect night driving.

Just watched the end of the video. It does hit the hood. How would you fix that?

    • @FMJeeping
      @FMJeeping  2 года назад

@@darronfletcher1297 I could probably aim it up a little more. It didn't bother me at all though. I am not sure if I would change much. I might aim it up slightly for slightly better distance. But overall the reflection on the hood doesn't bother me
