Tastes exactly like the seasoning they use at Taco Bell. I've been eating Taco Bell since I was a kid. It's a simple easy recipe to make. I should have gotten the taco shells instead of making my own.
This is a good recipe. My only suggestion is to either use lean ground beef or brown your ground beef first and drain, otherwise your ground beef will be drowning in oil.
Honestly, these days it depends on the batch you get. Even if you buy the same lean to fat ratio, it may not come out the same. It is why I appreciate videos like this in which the person explains what they’re trying to achieve with each step.

How do you get your beef to break down really well. My beef ends up lumpy if you know what I mean.
