Need to lift and regear to 4.56. Stock 392 has 3.73 ratio. If you wanna do it right, lift 2.5in and regear. If you lift higher you might need new driveshaft
Why would he need to regear? Isn’t that the XR with 4.56 gears rated for up to 37s? I’m running 37s on my non XR 392 and am getting 13.4 mpg and it has 3.73 gears. Upgrading to 4.56 Spicers here soon!
@@MrRjezonie I’m really happy with 37s as well. Not saying I won’t go bigger at some point 😬 but for a daily driver that’s also really capable I think 37s are great.
Great video. I ordered the last available 392 XR in Granite Crystal. Are those tires any good on road? How's the noise and comfort level compare to BFG KO2?
Now that’s just ridiculous. You are going to let a President stop you from living. Really? It’s borrowed power. Trump, Biden, they are all “come and goes”. They all change. That’s the nature of politics. Turn off the news and go live your life.
Yes, yes you should buy one
Great video I can’t wait till my 392 comes in
Epic! 💪🏼
Just sold my built rig for a 392....NO REGRETS
I wish buying one was a financial option for me! Lol They are awesome!
Truth! 😅
Do it man it’s an investment. They will soon be collectors items when all the V8s disappear lol
I just ordered a standard 392 in Sting Gray. Will 37's fit a standard 392 or will it need to be lifted?
Awesome, congrats! I believe a standard 392 would be a little tougher to fit 37s on in stock form but I would check some forums to make sure.

Hell yeah you should buy one 😂😂🤣🤣 I'm purchasing my 2nd one in the Extreme Recon 👍👍👍
What width are the tires? 12.50 or 13.50?
I believe 13.5 width!
@@4XTRAIL does the 13.5 fit the stock 8 width wheel?
Nice video. What was in Shawn's cup though? LOL
No one knows, including Shawn! Lol
Root beer Kim!
Definitely has the passing ability you need for the highway. Would get one if I had the money in the gobi color.
True! People wouldn’t expect you to pass them so easily in a Jeep lol
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 Jeep Wrangler 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️

Yes, it’s the XR so I think he would only re-gear if he went to 40s which he’s considering. May not need to though!
@@4XTRAIL now I get it lol. Man 37s are big enough for me. Really 35s seem the best for on road and off road compliance for me and my 392 here in CO

@@4XTRAIL I agree. For a lifted JL with stock axles, 37s are the only way to go.

Nice!! Shawn said he really likes the Coopers so far. I’m sure road noise is up a little over the KO2s but he seems happy with them overall.
Just little noise nothing crazy!
If it wasn’t for the Brandon administration I’d probably buy one!

@@adventurefuel5172 I am…I bought a 3.6L Rubicon and I’m getting 21 MPG
Good point. But I’ll be damned if I ever give in to current liberal bullshit! 2:33
Hey it’s a v8. Who cares bout the rest
