  • Plantar fasciitis is one of the most frustrating conditions to deal with because it hurts every time you get up to walk and move.
Healthcare professionals don’t typically have a good explanation for what causes plantar fasciitis. They usually blame it on weight, being on your feet too long, having the wrong shoes, and repetitive activity like running or dancing.
But why didn’t you get it in the other foot too? Didn’t that foot dance or run the same distance?
The other foot had to be used when you’re up on your feet!
The same kind of shoe was on the other foot too!
And the other foot had to carry the same weight!
These excuses from healthcare professionals are not well thought out. They are usually just repeating what they were taught in school and haven’t really thought about it.
In this video, Dr. David explains everything you need to know about plantar fasciitis.
He shares his perspective on what actually causes plantar fasciitis.

Fantastic video. I have Arthritis in my toes and plantar fasciitis. I have been using a iTeraCare blower that has helped my toes to be more flexible. My toes are separated and more flexible. It feels like it is the metatarsals have a small amount of pain. I am working on the plantar fasciitis and with your video I feel I will overcome these problems. I sometimes have arthritis in both knees. This comes and goes. I am also following your other video on arthritis. I am so impressed with your gentle exercise for my knees.
