This video is amazing - I can’t begin to tell you how frustrated I was and how much time I’ve wasted scratching my head. You explained everything that was making me pull my hair out. Thought I had everything figured out and put back together. Then I go to put my 2 year old daughter on the rack with her seat and the fender was rubbing tire before I even hopped on the bike. Then I went back to the drawing board and came across this video. This is gold. Thank you for sharing this info. Very disappointed with specialized for this one.
Have just received my kit in the post today. Down own a drill so when seeing it mentioned this in the manual, I did stress a tad. However, I was quite lucky as it appears the drilling has already been done and the pannier rack pre assembled. I will edit this comment if i am wrong...
Very helpful. I have a Tero 3.0 and have been upgrading it. So far I've replaced fork and added dropper. Wasn't sure if I'd do fenders, but I really appreciate this detail.
