    For the people that were asking about the acceleration. I just went out and did some timed runs and was consistently getting 4.4 seconds 0-20 the bike has great acceleration.
    I'll pin the link to their Amazon store here for the interested.

    Looking good. I have 2 of the v30 Max bikes and I love them.

    I got the pro single motor version a couple months ago, really fun little bike, funny the speedometer stops at 32.2 mph no matter what, but it actually hits about 28. 29 mph, looks like this version is exactly the same except the other motor of course, really nice bikes for the price, yeah dual motor definitely a bit faster! I'd recommend this bike for sure, nice size too, im 6'1 240, it was definitely bigger than I expected, i hate a tiny bike, ive had an few, this is surprisingly on the bigger size, seat is really great too.

    Hey man, thanks for the feature length review, I do appreciate it. Is there anything on the bike that you would change right off the bat, having ridden it 17 miles? Hardware wise, that is the pedal assist mod is I think a great decision too.

    • @Randomadventuresebike
      @Randomadventuresebike  9 дней назад

      I actually rode it 30 miles by the end of the ride. 😊 Not much to change on this bike. On the v30 max i would have said make the headlight a little brighter. But on the promax they already took care of that. The headlight is much nicer. Over all this bike is a pretty solid option. You get a lot of features for being at that price range.

    I have the v30 max. Debating on if it’s worth upgrading to the pro version. Curious on how much of a difference in the ride it is with the other motor.

      The max feels a little lighter to handle. And will probably get longer range by a few miles . But the acceleration on the promax is remarkably stronger off the line. I also like the mag wheels on the max. But for me being 200+ pounds I am definitely loving the dual motor power on the promax. Hope that helps you on your decision.

    I get what they're trying to do making the battery look like a gas tank for the cool factor but for practicality, matching interchangeable batteries would be a better idea.

      The batteries are both the same capacity. The tank look is just styling that a lot of manufacturers are using for now. Good eye though. 👁 👁

    How is peddling for you being 6ft

    • @Randomadventuresebike
      @Randomadventuresebike  18 дней назад +1

      I only tried it a small amount. It's not to bad for 32-33 inseam legs. If you have longer legs it might be getting awkward. the gears are suited for the bike up until about 20mph. But it's definitely more of a electric cruiser. You could pedal using the assist to get a work out though for sure.

    Great video. Thanks so much. Considering buying one. How far do you think it will go on pure electric mode if I'm averaging 20 mph?

    • @Randomadventuresebike
      @Randomadventuresebike  19 дней назад +2

      Thank you and I think at 20 mph it will go quite far. Likely 50 miles on dual motor and you might get their claimed 70 miles on single motor. My area is very hilly, so that takes a toll on the range a lot. But I got 30 miles and had 42% left. And I was running 30mph+ often on dual motor.

    Watched the whole video. You did a good job and everything. I’m thinking about getting this bike. It would make a great Poor-mans TW 200 That you can take to a state park. May I ask what tire pressure it is that you are running?

    • @Randomadventuresebike
      @Randomadventuresebike  18 дней назад +2

      Thank you. And I tried my tire pressure gauge this time and it was not working. So I just pumped them up until tight enough not to sag with me on it. But i believe the tire was calling for 20 psi on the side. Of course having the correct pressure will be beneficial to the range. It will be fun to take to the parks for sure.

    this or the ridstar q20pro?

    • @Randomadventuresebike
      @Randomadventuresebike  18 дней назад

      Good question. they are definitely comparable bike's. I would say one deciding factor for you might be the size of the bike. The q20 pro seems to be quite a bit smaller of a bike frame compared to the v30promax. Also the promax is 1000 watts stronger on the spec. But that choice will have to be up to you. Both nice bikes .

    • @MoVaCll
      @MoVaCll 18 дней назад +1

      Yeah, but with the ridstarq20pro being quite a bit lighter and being a 52V bike instead of a 48V im more drawn to the ridstar because of the torque (0-20mph in 4 sec). me personally i like torque over range but ima do some more research. thx

      52v will give you extra zip and make your life more fun:)
      48v is perfectly OK!
      36v is holdover from last decade:(

    • @Randomadventuresebike
      @Randomadventuresebike  18 дней назад +1

      @MoVaCll Absolutely good points. 👍🏼 but not sure in this case the 52v makes the difference. Because they are claiming 2000 watts vs the promax 3000 watts. That is calculated already with the voltage and amperage of the controller in mind. But certainly power to weight of the bike and rider and the programing of the controller ramp up. Will all be factors. Hope you find your favorite ride though. And I am the same way. 30 miles range is always enough for me. I prefer that acceleration too.

      @Randomadventuresebike but do hitting that red button makes acceleration great on this bike
