None of the metros in India are Private. Just very small section in Mumbai and Delhi NCR have trains operated by private players. Kolkata is exceptionally cheap because it comes directly under Indian railways but all other metros were free to decide their fares and individual states have a say.
The best place for Biryani in all of India hands down is Shadab biryani in Hyderabad. You can find it’s outlet in old city. Unfortunately, due to land acquisition issues, there is no metro to old city though it was initially planned.

Hopefully they open stores in other cities soon. My home town, Hyderabad is a wonderful place. I am missing my city now as I stay in Netherlands. Try the biryani from Shah ghouse or Bawarchi (RTC X Roads). They are the best. Others are not really biryanis.

My home town, Hyderabad is a wonderful place. I am missing my city now as I stay in Netherlands. Try the biryani from Shah ghouse or Bawarchi (RTC X Roads). They are the best. Others are not really biryanis.
