Interesting - high lords and knights of the Kingsguard, the most honourable men, like Gerold Hightower or Barristan Selmy, would've done nothing to stop Aerys' plot to destroy King's Landing. Especially after Brandon and Rickard have been burnt alive. But a man everyone considered craven, who had served Aerys for many years, decided to speak up.
He failed, of course, but that shows how people considered bad and cowardly can show real courage in hardest moments

The books are so sensational and rich with amazing characters. Jamie indeed goes from someone we loathe to one we root for and deeply care about. Brienne is the knight Jamie always wanted to be. It’s too bad the show got ruined and Martin will not finish the books.
