• Mysore Masala Dosa/Mas... - Mysore Masala Dosa
Ingredients
Chana dal-1/4 cup
Urad dal-1/2 cup
Rice-1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds-1tsp
Pepper-10
Chilli-12
Kashmiri Chilli-8
Hing-1 small piece
Salt-
Curry leaves-
Method
Dry roast all ingredients except salt ..
After cooling down powder it and keep in a tight container.
Enjoy with idli ,dosa etc..

Try using black urad dal instead of white. It's so yummy and healthy as well. I make podi only with the black one. Never tried the white though

Bt ammayude recipe different aanu.. More rice and parippu less..also Clay vessel fry cheyyam use cheyyum.because rice nannayi poriyum. it's a different taste.
