Also please tell the asanas to cure the mucus problem flowing into the throat from the back of the nose (post nasal in medical terms). 3. How can we work on the healing of throat chakra so that our voice becomes clear & impressive enough? I am a performer & I really need to work on my voice to help me in my podcast, singing & acting. I have a very old sinus (around15-16 year old) & 6-7 year old post nasal problem too.
