- The INCREDIBLE ALL IN ONE ADJUSTABLE Golf Club! When we play golf we all know the rules state we can have 14 clubs in the bag. But what are the best golf clubs to use? In this video we take a look at the multi purpose golf club! A full bag of golf clubs all in one adjustable club. Could this be the future if golf? Let’s find out… and let’s do it now!
I got my Q delivered 2 weeks ago was in the kickstarter program with Q. I absolutely love this club and feel like I might just ditch the full set altogether. Favorite settings are the short irons 9 iron through 64 deg lob. I make better contact and get more consistent results in these settings than I ever did 20 plus years of playing with a full set. Thanks for featuring this club on your channel! I knew there was a reason I liked you…😂
Nice post Kev
Simon here _ founder at Q
Will lighter golf become a very big thing ? _ Time will tell, but of course there is nothing that fundamental in 14 clubs - and all the clutter (14 clubs was just an accident of "golf evolution", as was 18 holes of course!)
Golf started as 1 club, 1 person, 1 ball .... so you could argue that Q is "traditional" and returning golf to its origin 😁
As you are finding Kev, golf is still a wonderful game with 1 Q club - just as it is with 14 clubs from Ping Callaway Taylormade. Those great companies will keep making beautiful clubs, telling us they are better than last year (despite the USGA restrictions that hardly allow that), and promoting on the PGA Tour, but here at Q we will keep very focused on 1 club, and the - community of ordinary players like you and me - who find lighter golf a fun option!
@@QGolfClub 👍Definitely getting 1
Probably also lest wasteful than a full bag of metal most people do t use. If you are not a regular player you probably will not play worse with this single club. Also can keep it in your car all the time and hit the range more often
As a disabled golfer, this thing REALLY would be a wonderful thing to have. So easy to carry with my cane or my crutch.....on a bad day. Great video.
What a simple way to enjoy a quick round at a par 3 or an executive course! Thx for sharing this video, James!
Bro freaking just hit the ball 2:31 😂
James, this video is great to me. About 15 years ago I was talking to a colleague that knew almost nothing about golf. I was telling him about the 14 clubs in the bag. His reaction was that someone should come up with an adjustable club. That it has to be easily possible. He made me really consider his feedback and I told him maybe we should consider how we could build and commercialize. I’ll have to look him up now and share this video w him. His vision became reality!! We’ll done!!
An adjustable club has been around golf for 50 yrs, I dont know exactly the time frame but remember them as a youngster. Any other ones out there than this new one, are collectable
@@rpf691 Yep, been around a long time, I tried to patent one 45 plus years ago and something already existed.
I got 2 of ye olde 1960s adjustable club. Hitting a low tee in putter mode (0 loft) with the length of a 7 iron shoots absolute rockets. Clubs is more of a party trick, the inset on high lofted shots make the short game impossible. GoodGood has a challenge with this club like 3-4 years ago.
12 i say. Take on Peter!
Been umming and ahhing over getting one of these clubs for a while now. Might have well convinced me with this. Seems like a good option for your more casual player!
Fantastic video! I have a Q club as of around 4 weeks ago and have played and practiced with it quite a bit. This is not a gimmick - it is a serious, very playable, quality golf club. I have found (as you did...) that the shorter irons tend go about a club further (gripping it on the middle grip position). The strike with all settings was a lot more stable and solid than I expected. You noted - correctly - that the strike with most of the settings (particularly the lower lofts...) does tend to drift right. Some swing/alignment adjustments and more practice with the club tended to help with this. Good point about the lack of offset causing some "inconsistencies". For some reason - which I have yet to figure out - I putt pretty darn well with the club (even though I'm standing farther away for the ball and the path is a pronounced arc.). The bounce caused me no problems whatsoever pitching and chipping with the club and - in fact - actually helped.
Where did you get it? I want one.
@@TheRealEric__1 They have a website from which you can order a club easily...
incredible as a senior 84 i would love one, thank you james
Back in the 60s a friend had a club adjustable with an Allen key. We envied him the convenience. This looks much better.
Wow. I know a local guy who plays with nothing but a putter - and he's a great golfer. We call him "One Club". This could be something. Thanks for sharing.
The Q Club looks looks ideal for practice, taking on holiday, playing a casual round at your club, in fact any situation you do not want to take several clubs with you. I am very impressed with this product. I think you will score 17 for the three holes, because putting may be a problem at this time of year. For the challenge, I would suggest you play against the Assistant Professional at Waterfront Golf Club
Merry Christmas James! Enjoy your informative videos. Definitely less is more in this vid.
Looks like a Frankenstein creation....Cleveland XL Halo head attached to a Divnick. It would be great if you could compare this Q stick to the Divnick in a future video. The one advantage the Divnick has is that its shaft is collapsible so you can carry it in something as small as a fanny pack.
Nice one for holidays 😊
I've had a 33 year hietus from golf and just got myself to the driving range. As a middle aged guy with a really bad back, this really appeals to me! Thank you so much for making this video and making me, for one, aware that this even exists! I'll tell you something: golf hasn't half moved on since I was playing in the '80s! I'm so glad to see this technology in what was such a conservative game in my day! Liked, subbed and I'll look forward to more quality content! All the best for 2023!
This club looks great fun. Love the freedom of carrying only a few clubs, but this is another level!
What a great product. I think you be even par. I occasionally travel back to the uk and get grief from my wife if i take my clubs, so ive taken to hiring some at the course. One problem, the clubs they give you are usually terrible, usually not a proper set This would work a treat for me. I could keep it at my sons and not take up room in his flat.
That is impressive on so many levels. Would be ideal to have in the car at all times in case you have time and just happen to drive by a course you’ve never played.
🤯 seriously brilliant Idea 💡
I have another version of an all-in-one golf club and I love it soo much. I don't use it on regular course, just for fun at those small par3 pitch and putt places. It is great to only have to carry a single club versus an entire bag
What club did you have?
Very unusual video due to a club that's very different. I would love to try it. It would definitely suit my wife as she doesn't like to carry a bag and all the usual clubs.
That would be a great Christmas present 🎁 🎄🎅. Another great video!
Awesome!! One over today? Love it, great Christmas gift!!!
Extremely interesting club. Great video!!! Merry Christmas all!!!
One of those would be awesome to keep in the car for quick trips to the course on the way home from work! With a little practice, it could hit the balls just as far into the woods as my full set!
I was happy when I saw this come up on my RUclips suggestion. I was only a few seconds in and had to get off my exercise bike and send this comment to say thank you for reviewing this club. Like every video from James, I know I will enjoy it very much and I've been curious about what James would say about the Q Club because I've been considering ordering one for when I feel like a quick unplanned round at a nice par 3 course or "Executive" course. Even a full yardage course as long as I adjust expectations that it can't hit as far as a driver.
Just in general James than you for your golf channels. They are top notch in terms of enjoyment.
Great stuff.
As a musician on the road, there’s never enough room in my 8-seater to accommodate all my gear and my Golf bag/trolley.
This is perfect for me. There’s always a golf course near to my Concerts so with a pocketful of Range finder, tees markers and balls I could have some fun on the road.
PS was really routing for you to get that Par 3 putt
I'm new to golf and looking for my first "new to me" set...this might do the trick!
you’ll par your 3 holes! I’m desperate to win this club! Looks great for a quick stroll where I’d normally take only 3 clubs. All it needs is a telescopic shaft so I could take it on the plane with me.
Wow and wow looks like a great idea. Great video James! I have been playing a half set for the last year and I loved it. If I could own one of these I would go down to a pencil bag with just the Q a driver and my beloved putter.
Where can I buy this adjustable golf club ? I love this club.
Have wanted one of these for ages, the old school ones were so hard to find, great to see a new version. Great content.
Nice review James. Kiwi designer!!!can’t wait til I hit the putter 374yards!!! Legend.
I am getting one of these, (if I don't win one,) and taking it to Portugal! A fantastic idea.
This is a great idea for when you are travelling or keeping in your boot for an impromptu driving range session. I’m guessing 2 over
Great concept. The freedom of it looks great.
I learned about the Q last spring. I think it would be perfect for my wife. Have a Merry Christmas
Well done James and merry Christmas to you and Laura and have a happy golfing new year 😀
What a great club if you are new to golf, to find out if you like the game. What is the price of the club James
love this video, love the club, would love it for travelling.
I really enjoy watching these kind of videos. Keep it up.
I was feeling like this might have been a bit of a gimmick but after seeing your video and the solid shot you were making I’m going to have to place an order.
Very interesting James, I was thinking 1over . Well done 👏
Now, THAT'S the most interesting club I've seen. Loved the review and was quite impressed with the distance numbers in testing footage! 👍
These look interesting! Where's the link on where to get them?
Great club for seniors 😁 great video your content id's spot on which keeps me looking daily for your videos and would love to see you play Liam with this club
Not just Liam but also O.M.P.
Wow!! This is a game changer!!! +1 for the 3 holes would be amazing, but yes, wonder if would get similar results without an offset… would love to see Chris’s reaction while playing you!!! 😂
Par par par I think - would be a great club to take on hols when no chance of taking a full set . Great video James
Thanks for the video! I have been interested in this club for about a year. Great info!
Good club for older golfers with physical problems. Lighten their load. Merry Christmas from the USA
James, I am so intrigued by this concept. Playing a bit of off season winter golf I think I would love it. Thanks, Johnny
Should be Par for the three holes. Agree Chris should enjoy the challenge... look forward to see it.
that club is the perfect set for an executive course I play several times a year. I need to get one of those. I tired of carrying a bag full of clubs, mostly enjoy the walk. i use zero offset clubs so this is even more attractive to me thank you James for doing this video.
Great video, I think you will be about level par, Merry Christmas to you and your family 🎅🎅🎅
Really cool idea. I’m a commuter and such a club opens the door for some road golf. Thanks for the review.
Great idea for a fun round of golf.
Sure you can manage +1.
Merry Christmas 🎄
That looks great fun for a casual game. I reckon you can shoot par with it with your ability!
Thanks James - I have been following Q website. Especially as a New Zealander I was excited to see an independent and serious and positive review. I really hope this takes off - bit of Kiwi ingenuity.
Chur!
Thanks for the one club review, the club is perfect for trips in my campervan. 👍
I love this idea. Great video, James.
Level par. Take Chris on. Love the engineering behind these all in one clubs.
Very interesting club!
Great concept.
Would love to try it.
Very well demonstrated James
What a great idea for a quick few holes after work
One over, was looking at this from last hear when their advertising reached me. great to see your review
Really enjoying your content. Thanks!
James, awesome video. Would love this versatile club for a quick 9 holes after a busy day at work. Nothing like golf to wipe the days tension away.
Great videos as usual James, not a bad looking club. +1 I was thinking..
happy Christmas keep up the good work..
I love your review and you looked like you were having fun not carrying a bag and hitting very good shots!
James many years back I played a par three course with a club that was a wedge and 5 iron I actually got two aces the adjustable club would be a great club to keep in the boot for a quick knock great idea.
abso awsome . I play P+P as i have an artificial leg and im an OAP. I shall be looking in the golf shops for one of these .. THANKYOU
Wow that works better than I'd have thought. I was guessing 5 over. Well done
Merry Christmas from frigid iowa. This would be a great replacement for my 3 club early morning round..
Great video again, looking forward to getting the Urquart - Q Golf Club as well
Level par, looks a good idea for someone getting into golf, great content Merry Christmas and keep up the good work.
+3?
Oh wow! I was way off!
One over par with that club is really impressive!
Mikey really like this video!
So cool!
You have to play matches with it James! Our social club does a three clubs and putter tournament this would be cool to use.
Golf clubs should buy a few of these to hire out for a novelty 6 hole comp. Would be pretty fun
Great content very interesting club! Would be a blast to try swinging that bad boy! Keep up the good work
Great video. Great review. Nicely done.
The Q club is cool, but I ended up choosing the Divnick club for a couple of reasons.
1. The Divnick collapses and packs nicely into the travel bag/fanny pack. For the cross country flights, it makes for a nice travel golf bag to throw in the back of the plane. I had doubts initially of the telescopic shaft but it’s worked really well.
2. The mechanism is a lot simpler IMO. While sand bunkers seem like the Kryptonite to these adjustable clubs, the Divnick is a lot easier to disassemble and clean. If sand gets into the gear, the Divnick can be disassembled and cleaned without the use of tools.
3. While the iron numbers don’t exactly translate to how I play (the 7 iron plays more like a 6 iron), the Divnick has a great variety of loft angles. If you want something in between a 7 iron and 6 iron, you can set it to a 6.5 iron angle.
Great video, James. Really interesting club, would love to give it a go 👌
Ce club a l’air fantastique. J’espère pouvoir l’essayer en France prochainement. Merci pour le partage.
1 over. I would love that club. When the course is closed I like to take one club with me usually a 6 iron and go for a walk around the course
Great video. I’ve been waiting for an independent review video of this club. It really looks great! I think you can shoot par with it. I think a video comparing to the Divnick all in one club would be great.
Great video on this club, very fair review, I should have mine in a few days. Can't wait. About even par for 3 holes James.
This club makes so much sense, for the quarter of price of a whole set this will be the future of golf for amateur golfers!
This club us incredibly mind blowing, I'd really like to try it myself! Great review buddy!
Even par.
Have a brilliant Christmas and New Year!!
Very well done. Great video.
Thanks kevin
Awesome video James. +1. We play a lot of 1 club games in the afternoon for fun. Would love to break this bad boy out on the boys. Haha
+1 James, It looks very handy, I would like to see you play Nick Faldo again. Have a great Christmas ;)
+1. This would be a great club for in my campervan for the little 9 hole course's whilst away from home.
Awsome find I love the one club idea!! Even par is my guess.
Merry Christmas James and Laura!
Great video. Would love to have one of those clubs. Keep the great videos coming.
Where can I get the Q golf club?
Merry Christmas James, +2 for the four holes
Love the content. I'm saying you will be 2 over par. I think you should challenge Foxie.
Every year at thanksgiving there is a one club challenge and it's great fun this cub would make it super fun. Love the review and thinks going on my wish list
What a brilliant idea and concept.. I'm going for one under
Looks good, great fun.. I'd loved to try it.
