That's a great question. I haven't run into this before, but I'm pretty sure you can file a notice of infringement on Etsy. There is information about that in the Etsy seller handbook online.
As far as the customer buying it and then resizing it, they would need a link to be able to edit the file on Canva - this would be the easiest way to do so that they can make it whatever size they need.

Thank you! If you have Canva Pro, all you need to do is open up the design, click resize, and resize it to whatever you'd like.
