    Why oolong tea?

    • @LemetriaWhitehurst
      @LemetriaWhitehurst  4 года назад +16

      Several studies have shown that oolong tea could help
      enhance weight loss by improving fat burning and speeding up metabolism.

      nadiyahx Add Oolong to your life, and thank us later! I’ve been literally drinking OOLONG TEA since the age of 16. Imagine that! It’s an amazing gut buster and fat burner. I typically drop a tea bag in my water, and sip on it all day. Drinking a hot cup of tea after each meal, will improve your digestive system, and help with regulating your bowels. I was so happy to hear LeMetria mention Oolong. Not many of my sisters are familiar with Oolong.

    I’m glad you’re back! I just started again January 2 also. About a year and a half ago I was the one that commented 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th recipe that I’ve tried of yours and they were delicious! I lost 40 pounds during that time but since then I broke my leg and had 2 surgeries, non-weight bearing, wheelchair, crutches etc etc. so I’m getting back on keto. I’ve got another 60 pounds to go. So again, I’m glad you’re back and I look forward to going on this journey with you!
