    Excellent diagnosis and repair.
One little thing, I know you and your UK viewers will know what year a 62 plate is, however not being from the UK, I've no idea what year the cars are. Please, pretty please with sugar on top say what year the car is.

Great work Ryan.. Very interesting as always. Bit of a white knuckle ride when you were loosening the glow plug on the Audi 😅..

Ryan, love watching your videos, just had to replace turbo again on wife's car (kia sorento) only had a new one in January. I cleaned it all out with fresh oil & filter but never knew these suffered from excessive crankcase pressure, I will now be checking it and if needed will be replacing the injector seals. Thanks for the info.

Taking out glow plugs is always a "squeaky bum" moment!!! When I had to change the ones on my 280,000km diesel, I soaked them in WD40 every day for a week and then when the time came to remove them, I let the engine get up to operating temperature before the removal process. My thinking was the WD40 would soak down the threads and eat through any corrosion and getting the engine warm would also help as the cylinder head would expand more than the glow plug with heat and also give me more room to extract them. Well even though my heart was in my mouth, all the plugs came out easily. The threads on them were covered in crud that I guessed was the corrosion that the WD40 had helped soften.

Presume you vacuumed the dirt out prior to taking out the glow plug. Good video and impressed with the Topdom again very quick.

Typical turbo failure on engine with injectors going through rocker box. Transit's are the same. Injector seals fail in the head and contaminate oil. Always check for blow by when doing oil changes, it's an guaranteed engine killer

Jimmy feom o rileys also did this on a transit he found the leak using a vaccuum test

Surprised you did not add high temp grease on the glow plug thread and used a torque wrench?

Viscogen KL 3 was used, I might not mention every single detail in my video but lets be real here it is a glow plug.
If you really want to torque a glow plug that is up to the individual but i have always used a 1/4 drive and not once had an issue !

What Scan tool do you recommend for a 1999 Iveco Daily? They are renowed for being awkward to read.

Its always twitchy bum time undoing glow plugs. I have replace a good few. Its always a good practice to get the engine hot before attempting to undo them. You probably did it off camera. 👍👍👍

Ryan the protective glove blow by presure check result, could also be caused by a failed ccv diaphram split etc not working correctly.

The pressure was coming from the injector seals you could hear the amount of pressure being leaked in to the crankcase vent
      Thanks for watching
