My mothers Clio had an issue with an indicator not working. She took it to a garage and they said she needed a new light relay module costing €300. I took a look at it and I found the pins on the module had separated over time. A small screwdriver to push them back together and hey presto, the fault was fixed. Garages are rip off merchants.

I always start logically at the beginning like urself instead of jumping in then another mech in the garage comes over and says I've checked that mate, always trust ur own judgement by starting at the beginning n never take anyone's word for it just because it upsets them....Nice job mate love it...

Taking out glow plugs is always a "squeaky bum" moment!!! When I had to change the ones on my 280,000km diesel, I soaked them in WD40 every day for a week and then when the time came to remove them, I let the engine get up to operating temperature before the removal process. My thinking was the WD40 would soak down the threads and eat through any corrosion and getting the engine warm would also help as the cylinder head would expand more than the glow plug with heat and also give me more room to extract them. Well even though my heart was in my mouth, all the plugs came out easily. The threads on them were covered in crud that I guessed was the corrosion that the WD40 had helped soften.

My sprinter van came with these lights but they dont work 😂

Have a fault for can gateway no communication/missing and a low voltage error for infotainment, would this be the cause of my radio constantly resetting or not working?

You coming from a heavy truck background, Ryan, it's no wonder car diagnostics are a doddle for you. :-) Been back working on trucks for the last few weeks (because customers...) - I'd half forgotten what absolute head-melts truck wiring systems are due to being working on mostly cars & vans the last while. Absolute pains in the backside to work on by comparison. :-)

Did you recommend options for that fridge draw… surely a leisure battery or solar..?

We have 5 vehicles; if any aren't being run for more than 2 days, I put them on a maintenance charger (yes, I have 5 chargers). The chargers I use also recondition the battery.

Any suggestions about why back door will not open in an outlander phev? Did you do a video about etac relay??

I've encountered about 10 of those start stop switches on tiguans, a few 2023 models, not sure what's causing the failure The first one I had was filled with dash shine (love dash shine on my hands🫠) Edit: just jumped in a tiguan and guess what! Switch is faulty🤣
