- In this video I show you how to parallel part with cones. A lot of drive test centers ask you to park between cones. It is slightly different from parking behind a car but it is equally easy. I have broken it down in very simple and easy to remember steps. You will not have to work too hard on learning how to parallel park with cones. @@kanchankanchan8634 most often in a G test, they have you do it between two pylons, sometimes they may not ask to do it if for whatever reasons the pylons aren’t there then they’ll have you do it behind a car along the route

My instructor teached me parallel parking on the streets behind cars but at Brampton location I heard they do it with cones so I was very nervous and had no idea how to do it. Watched this video 4 hours before my test and nailed it. Thank you
did you use the middle of the mirror as a reference point?
*We need to signal 2 TIMES during parallel parking.*
1) Signal to the right as you approach your diving spot to indicate to the drivers around you that you are parking.
2) As you pull out of the parking space, signal to the left to let other individuals know you are leaving your parking spot.

You need to signal 2X : 1- right signal to indicate reverse manoeuvre and 2- signal left when about to drive off from the parked position
When turning the steering to the right, should we not turn it all the way to the right until it locks?

Sir, the cones at the Brampton test centre are placed too close to the curb and in this video the cones are placed far from the curb. What should be done in this case while giving the test ? Please reply

We have to signal just one time for parallel parking. We have to signal right while reversing. For parallel parking only that's what we need.

In the USA, once your car is parallel to the curb , this needs to be around 30cms or 1 feet far away from the curb.

We need to signal just once when pulling up,and that is necessary to indicate. And after that, there's no further need to signal until you decide to pull away.

It would be hard for me to find a box to demonstrate. However, if you try this method and watch my "How to correct parallel parking" video then you shall be able to pull it off successfully. Frist choose a parallel parking spot once u already choose signal allign your car, once you allign and see the cone on the small mirror do a 1 full turn on the right and do ur reverse while checking yours mirrors and blindspot. Then once ur mirror allign to the cone turn your wheel on the left until its fully turned then reverse slowly while checking mirrors and blindspot.

If you are not good at parallel parking and they use Pylons, your best bet is a very small car. However keep in mind that small cars have very high fatality rates in crashes.
