  • In this easy cooking video, I cook some BBQ boneless beef chuck ribs on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I seasoned the boneless beef short ribs with kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. Then cooked them indirectly on a 275 degree F grill for 35 minutes until the internal temperature reached 115 degrees F. Finally, I cooked the meat directly over the coals until it was a nice brown color.

You absolutely have the best 'food' videos ❤. You gave the best money saving tip.... the ribs are chuck roast, or maybe flatiron steak.
So I can buy Chuck roast, Flatiron, and cut into ribs, or the ribs themselves.... whichever one is the least expensive. THANK YOU!😂
I agree, not enough meat on beef ribs😂

I used some Montreal Steak seasoning. Did a quick grill sear. Then into the slow cooker w/ mushrooms & onions. Meat fell apart. Served it over mashed taters, and leftovers over rice.

Annie approved. I didn't see dog food in her bowel this time. Either she was already very hungry or you decided to hold off giving her dog food untill she had " the good food ". Just curious, what do you do with all that meat you just cooked. ? Party, or freeze it? Share with family?

@@TosTinManEasyCooking same here. Good way to save money, and leftovers can still taste good if you freeze it.

    Tin Man , Hi ...👋
Another great job grilling ....Results are great looking....
I think i have a solution to the meat being chewy ... 2 things to do to help...
1 . There's a handy little gadget i bought years ago & it does a wonderful job of tenderizing meat , all meats...It's a small handheld thing with a round handle much like a hairbrush handle that has a bigger round bottom ( a couple inches across that houses a spring loaded bunch of needlelike ( but bigger ) little blades whereas it has a flat bottom with little holes for all the blades to pass through as you press down & push them through the meat & retract when you raise off of the meat & the blades sever the sinew strings of the mest tendons making them shorter & is most productive when you tenderize across the grain much like one does when slicing on a bias while cutting thin strips for stir-fry ...Push it through as much or as as little as you believe necessary to have made it tender ...
    2. There is also another scientific way you can use along with this physical tenderizer ...It's termed Velveting meat ( usually dark meat like beef , pork , goat , sheep etc ) I'm not sure if i remember this or not , but before cooking put your beef into a bowl & sprinkle corn starch over pretty good & mix it all up co it's all lightly coaled cover & let sit for 10 to 30 mins then lightly rinse the cornstarch off & pat dry before seasoning & if you use one , the other , or maybe both methods together your meat will more likely be a lot more tender ..... I won't cook a steak or pork chop without poking it both sides before thowing some worstershire sauce or teriyaki sauce for awhile before grilling ...
    Happy Grilling ...👍👍👋👋
Hope you try both methods & hope you get great results ...
