    Some of my first BBQ memories as a kid are eating savory beef short ribs while on the ranch. An onion thrown in the coals and grease dripping onto the hot fire added the subtle hints of flavor to compliment the perfectly seasoned ribs. It was this memory that inspired my rub - APC OG - which I call the Original All-Purpose Seasoning for BBQ and Grilling.
    APC OG is simply fresh sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper and fresh granulated garlic in the perfect ratio. This allows for the meat to shine while adding the perfect ratio of delicious flavor to dish.

      I recently before Christmas bought two prime rib roasts from Sam’s and they were 92.00 plus apiece. Today they are more expensive. They were absolutely delicious. I ordered a nice brisket from Snake River Farms, won’t print how much I paid for it. I cannot justify shopping there anymore even though I have ordered from them for some time. I’m just having to pass by meat more often now.

    • @ArnieTex
      @ArnieTex  2 года назад

      @@larrytbowman5962 thats a hellofa deal on the rib roasts imo, down here they are over 200 bucks unless its a smaller 1/3 or 1/2 roast. Have not bought SRF's online ion a few years, too inconsistent with what came in the mail vs what I really thought I ordered for competition purposes.

    • @ArnieTex
      @ArnieTex  Год назад

      @RicardiacAttack405 Now your lying lol, shipping is 8.95 for 2-3 day priority mail. Please be honest when posting things online that everybody see's. We don't own the usps or any shipping companies so we cannot control the prices for shipping. We research to find what is best for everybody and we understand that some people just will not buy online because of shipping, sorry but we try our best and while some other packages and boxes may be a little cheaper to ship, then we also have to add insurance and buy those in bulk so that would still be the same cost by the time we do that. So until something better comes along we will ship the majority up to 4 shakers on usps and it's insured for up to $100.00 by usps. If you have a better overall solution we sure would like to hear that instead of dishonest information. One more thing you don't see is that on orders of 5 or more we do have to use bigger boxes and usually we lose from 2-10 dollars on shipping, we do not charge more on bigger orders but it evens out in the long run. Whats funny is we see many other brands on Amazon with Free shipping but the products are jacked up at least 10 dollars to cover the "free" shipping lol, those same companies have the same products on their websites for 10-12.99 and also charge 12 for shipping lol, at the end it's still the same price. If you dont want to pay for shipping or just cannot afford to then it's ok with me sir but don't be spreading false information because of that. merry Christmas.
