    We own spices business since past 68years. We speak to people from all walks of life. These little details that our grandma knew and guided people abt, I haven't seen any other professional give such in-depth know how. As it's rightfully said it's all in the details.
    Superb channel, super grounded cheff and a knowledgeble one.
    Keep up the good work sir.
    I will also encourage you to give out the combination of spices used for various specific dishes both veg Nd non veg. Including the commercial blends
    And also the basics of spice blends and how can you craft your own custom spice blends for once taste/As a medicinal intake regularly. All this as a salute to the mother India who is rightfully called the land of spices. Lucky and privileged to be born and brought up here.

Please make it convenient to make a vdo on masla ingredients and their types and properties for example if you cover mirchi, tell us how many types are there, their properties both physical and chemical, their varieties, and availability etc Trust me it will be fun to learn
