Prior to my match day (6 years ago, wow), I remember telling my classmates that we would all end up where we were supposed to be. Trust the process and the work you’ve put in. You will be a great anesthesiologist, and I know you will take all you have learned to care for your patients well. Residency has many ups and downs, and you will learn and grow so much over the next 4 years! Excited for you!!

Thank you so much!! I am very happy with my match results! It is a good perspective to have that you will end up where you are supposed to be. I heard of a lot of residents that didn't match at their #1 and were grateful that they didn't. I was trying to repeat that to myself over and over during match week because there is so much good (and bad, of course) in any program. 😊
