How to add EQ to the Numark DJ2GO2 Touch

The Numark DJ2GO2 Touch is an awesome little DJ controller and the perfect backup solution for DJs, but it doesn't have an EQ, which can make it difficult to use it as a primary DJ controller.
I'll show you how you can custom map the DJ2GO2 Touch in Serato DJ Pro so that you have access to an "EQ" (low pass and high pass filter) when DJing.

Hello , nice video❤! I have a problem with the softwear if you could help me , i have the same console but when i try to do an auto loop i can only use the ones that are on top not the one that are on bottom, do you have an idea how can i set my loops ?

You could try moving the loop sizes in Serato on your laptop, I believe there are arrows on each side of the loop section in Serato to do this. Since there are only 4 pads on each side of the DJ2GO2 Touch, you'll only have access to the top 4 loop sizes in Serato.

if you would buy a small dj controller again would you go for a Hercules Starlight or would you stick to the Numark DJ2GO2 and why?

DJ2GO2 Touch, I like how uncluttered the fader section is vs the Hercules, plus I've beaten up my DJ2GO2 over the years and it's still going strong!

If I want to run this into a prime 4+ channel as a backup, if the prime were to crash, would the audio channel still pass through the prime XLR outputs to the speakers? It would be nice to not have to take an additional mixer.

Yes, you could do this, but you would still need to have a laptop connected to the DJ2GO2 Touch to run Serato.
