How do you say the Japanese PlayStation 2 RSOD in Japanese? I don't really understand Japanese Text. Like i know some, like "Konnichiwa".

Also, Japanese grammar is far more different from English, that's why Japanese are not very good at English. Japanlish is very common even in some intermediate students.

I have found in the internet, a pack with Russian and China bios. However, both of them freeze BUT the HK Bios works, and there is an option for Chinese! (obviously in the options menu)
