REC median PE 4.4 for the last 10 years. Now it is at 10 PE and you are saying it is undervalued. I can’t understand how?
Compared to its peers it's undervalued.. When a company improve it's financials it's deserve higher valuation hence the pe is high currently.. Still it's undervalued from my perspective

Rec is like a NBFC in power sector where they give loans to power companies so they does have debts as they are making profits on loans.

capital invested in business check in screener cash flow statement where it’s invested u will understand
