***** Lead singer studied English lit at Leeds. Hence the topics of a lot of his songs. On top of that I'm sure he knows all about the pronunciation of Bastille, but English speakers still say venice instead of venizia. don't be a snob, kids.

I don't even really care for this song in its original form, but WLT strips every song down in a way that is so passionate and beautiful that every song is just one that makes your heart feel like it's swelling with joy.
I just love how dan moves when he sings! It's shows that when he opens his mouth&sings, he's not just saying the lyrics&hearing the noise. He's feeling the lyrics, he's feeling the sound! I just love this about him! Boys thanks for being that quirky band out there for all of us to look up to! Coz I look up to you so much&have so much respect for you

I think the sound is between the song and the drumming and the background singing. I think also there is a power in 4 guys singing together.I hope they don't let the music company break them. for me it has something very unique and special. Yes the words are great but there is also the X factor between the 4 guys.My thought is stronger together.Hope they all ride the wave well and stay intact. Personally I prefer the acoustic acapella versions.
