Fantastic. thank you. might be buying my dream home thanks to you showing how to fix it's current issues. Bless you man
Thank you for your useful videos. They have been very helpful. Just was wondering why you never use pressure washer to clean the footer area and above that to clean off all the dirt and debris? I recommend using pressure washing the area that you apply the waterproofing material and also I use roof cement instead of the liquid waterproofing that you use. Roof cement is mastic and sticks well to blocks or bricks and provides better waterproofing.
Chuck been watching your videos long and really do enjoy them. I wish you guys were closer to central eastern ILL as I would hire you.
+rtzapper same here, keep it going chuck! thanks for always smiling too
Welldone
Good job. But Never connect roof drains into your weeping tile. Have them above drain ground.
looks amazing but i doubt there is enough capacity to deal with the roof surface rain in a big downpour
You are an amazing person Chuck👍👍👍
Bought a house had water issues in the basement during heavy rain. Fixed the gutters...problem solved lol. Simple.
Pressure washer would be a great investment.
Totally agree with you !! pressure washer and a better water proofing system as well !! that glue by now should be giving up.
Hard to believe anyone that does this for a living doesn’t have a pressure washer to clean before waterproofing a foundation wall.
Very helpful videos we have a lot of homes in Michigan that leak in the basements which is why I was happy to not have one.
I have this issue in a crawlspace need yo dig, seal, footer tile, just not sure how I will divert the water I collect.
nice job, they should be dry now for sure.
Hey Chuck,Is the black tar stuff you use a water proofer or water moisture barrier? I am needed to water proof my outside wall of my basement and trying to find something that wont break the bank. I appreciate your time and videos. Thanks
@William Hucke polywall or proseco
I have a concrete filled foam foundation. Can the rubber paint be applied to the styrofoam???
Chuck if u have a job in tampa, can I be one of ur laborer? Id like to learn..
how much does this repair cost totaly?
Hey Chuck, what's the name of the liquid rubber you guy's used?
He uses Blackjack 57
Use W.R. Meadows Melrol product and their primer and mastic and drain fabric and problems solved!
Rule #1 Get rid of the surface water issue. The gutter leader is dumping roof water directly where you are having the problem. I hope you diverted that leader water away from the foundation! Cheers!
I bet that by now is leaking again ?
I'm not sure who would use that landscape drain stuff over sch40 drain tile these days.. seems weird
No cant strips, no surface prep, 1 coat, no protection board. The sump pump wasn't necessary. Don't follow this guys advice.
I wouldn't hire this clown, he ripped off the consumer, he's didn't waterproof the entire wall only 3/4 of it.
