    I have seen my grandparents used to use thick grain bag on the floor and sprinkle water on it time to time. Specially in the first room of the house. Used to feel nice and cool.

    I want to add that always buy Inverter AC rather than conventional ACs because Inverter AC runs on a set temperature which provides more comfort ,so I always set my inverter AC at 25 which is a sweet spot for me.
    In night I always set temperature at 25 degrees and 6-7 hours of sleep mode , then AC automatically goes to lowest fan speed and reduces noise and increases temprature by 1 degree every 2 hrs .This leads to power saving and comfort
    The problem with conventional ACs are that whatever temperature you set it doesn't cool exactly to that temperature , so if I set 25 degree than it would can go below 25 and make room very chilly . On the other hand these ACs shut down compressor when they achieve desired temperature ,so ACs will wait till temperature to rise and them restart compressor . This leads room to be hot and uncomfortable.
    So for power saving and comfort go for Inverter always

      1) you have have protein bars, or milk, or protein shake if you have cravings midnight, or any other whole food that you like. Timing never matters you can have them any point of the day.
      2) just wash them, you can use fancy equipments, or other advertised branded fruit and veggie wash chemicals, but washing properly in water should do the job.

    Sir plz answer my question:
    If i am eating in caloric deficit or at maintenance calorie but my one of the macros like fat is exceeding than required will i lose far or maintain the weight(muscle mass) respectively?(protien intake is high)

      overall calorie deficit matters .so in this case you will loose weight ,with enough exercise you maintain/increase your muscle mass and loose fat

    As a resident of Jammu.....City itni garam hai bahan ped bahut kaat diye hain.....par sath hi Nagrota areas mein Cool environment hai..... kyunki bahan ped bahut hai
    As a Science-student i am not completely agree with you....i think naturally Perspiration is good for Us.....As our Skin is semi-permeable membrane and through it many toxins remove.
    Toxins Excretion is the role play by Sweat.
    Gharmi har saal badti jaa rahi hai.....we need eco-friendly solutions and alternative techniques than AC.
    We must plant trees.

    The problem with ACs is that they cause net heat in the environment. They may cause some cooling in the room but will create way more heat outside the room...basic principle of thermodynamics....basically will create more heat in the environment... that's why we should restrict ourself from using ACs as much as possible

    Sir is vital wheat gluten i.e seiten good for protein intake as it has 75 to 80% protein. Please make a video on this.

      Yes it’s healthy but make sure that if you eat that then in your next meal make sure to include protein like lentils, dals etc so that you get a perfect amino acid profile anyway it’s not gonna waste it’s gonna use this amino acid whenever you eat other amino acids like dal

      Per 100g homemade gluten meat it has 25g protein
      And what you saw 70-80% protein is about dried powder of gluten

      Yes it’s due to vaata dosha thus oil massage 💆‍♂️ your body daily before bathing with coconut oil in summer and sesame oil or mustard oil in winter
      Also while living in an air conditioned room then keep a bucket filled with water in your room

      Doesn’t matter if you take whey protein or not unless you hit your protein goal daily so either you can use real foods or even whey it does not matter

      Not necessary, it's actually optional. It's good to do some stretching after workout. Good for mobility, you can use foam roller it's goo.

    Use ac in DRY mode at 27 degree. Your electricity bill will be very very low and sleep will be best.

      Do after your workout, daily. You can use foam rollers also. It takes time to get the mobility you want.

      Caloric deficit, thyroid doesn't matter that much. East low calorie dense food, ask them to do cardio, do resistance training, and take the thyroid meds that are prescribed by the doc.
