Serving on purpose!! I’m so thankful my purpose has been revealed to me. God has worked on me for so long that I can’t imagine living my life without Him. I’ve known my part of my purpose since I was 17 years old. I wasn’t mature enough in my Christian walk then to walk in my purpose I allowed fear to take over. Fear of isolation and negativity.
Childhood trama for me. I always felt like I needed to be perfect and don't want to disappoint. I never got the great job, kisses or hugs from my parents. Yet, I always did well and am doing well. As an adult, I am still reaching for the postive affirmations from my parents and I still haven't recieved it.
I know that feeling. Doing everything right and it will still won't be enough, and you get overlooked and compared too. I know that feeling all to well, I hope GOD heals you in ways you will never understand.
Just when I thought this series couldn’t get any better! You blessed us once again Pastor Flowers! I can’t wait to discuss my season of solitude and all of the things God allowed me to dissect in order to discover my purpose. We all need time to reset, renew, and rediscover the purpose that God has given to us. I’ve been listening to Jerry Flowers for some months now. This man is definitely being used by God in my life right now, and it’s so weird because the videos that the Holy Spirit leads me too be 3 years older than today’s year but the message hits every time, right on time 🙏🏾 I’m grateful, God is changing my heart but I’m still battling with fully surrending. I pray I can over this topic of loneliness he spoke about. Everything I’ve heard this year has been pertaining to my life at this direct time. Wow.
