@@leamasiello7908 a lot of it is by tempo. I find a Christmas song I like and I kind of sing it against my O’Carolan tunes that are in a similar key and tempo. I had actually paired this one with another and had it almost finished when I decided I didn’t like it and it didn’t fit any of my existing tunes. So I looked through other O’Carolan tunes and decided I should arrange Blind Mary😋
Blind Mary is one of my favorites, and it fits well with that winter tune, which I never heard of before!

Thanks for that strategy. My harp circle hopes to pair something with Anne Crosby Gaudet’s arrangement of Enya’s Watermark, which is very lovely.
