Having unlimited ad/merch revenue at the ready makes all these upgrades a non-issue for these RUclipsrs, but as you mention, it really ups the FOMO for us regular folks who have to use our own hard-earned money and save for years to be able to do even a few of these upgrades. We have to always remember that these are not regular folks like us, they are RUclipsrs and get all the perks that comes from that. They trash everything but the body on a brand new vehicle, something we could never afford to do. I wonder if they are re-selling all that stuff to help pay for the new suspension, drive train, and motor.
Factory 392 is such a good deal when u put this In perspective. Especially with the high mount alternator and sump for the hemi and all the other components.
Oh great! Another epic build that my wife gets to be mad at me for watching take place. Oh well! Off to watch the world’s largest off-road wrecker build!

Day two was exhausting. People got hurt, there was some serious swearing... then crying. Fights broke out over who got to sit on the 392... what a day!
Listen to this finally got me gladiator after many years wanting one for many years I'm old man now and got my jeep now I've drove wheels off of this thing got 60 thousand on it and it's started giving me a fit called death wobble the dealer I got it from says they want 4500. To fix it wasn't covered under warranty so it set now but I want to fix it can you have a show on it thank you
@@EPIC-4WD I could be off,but I believe the American Most Wanted use Mojaves as donor vehicles for speed. Wouldn't the Desil be lighter and have the torque you need for rock crawling?
We've done quite a few Hellcats. They are awesome fun. Forced induction can cause some potential issues with air-flow/heat while you're slow moving and rock crawling. And the amount of dust intake with a Hellcat/Demon takes some special consideration. Also, the cost. There's a package for everyone, depending on usage - and we've done them all (392, 426, Hellcat, Demon). Cheers from the team at EPIC!
I wonder if they'll make a kit to work with the Mojave transfer case. Also, is this going to require moving up to Dana 60 axles. Thanks in advance. I have a '23 Mojave on order now
Nope... the Rubicon T-Case is required to mate up to the transmission/t-case adapter from AMW4x4. Axles are recommended in the 392, pretty much needed for the Hellcat/Demon - regardless, axles are a good idea for any engine conversion if you're going to actually use the vehicle off-road or want to do burnouts every morning on your way to work lol ;-)
just curious, have you guys had issues on JL's or jts with the driver side body mount bolt galling when removing and even bending? I just did 2 brand new 392's at work (rock slide power step installs) and both of them had that happen to that one body mount bolt(the one behind the front driver tire) Also do you have any clue what that new bracket is they started adding on the pass side frame rail in that same area behind the tire?
The JLs/JTs body bolts have some serious new locktite going down... we've found that heating them up with a bolt buster works wonders. The passenger side frame rail bracket is a new addition for crash protection to stop the passenger tire from going under the vehicle in a collision and rolling the vehicle.
I don’t know if anyone is doing it.. (I’m sure someone has) But in all truth I just would like a nice 5.7 hemi in my 2018 2 door Wrangler rubicon Maybe nice little cam, cold air intake, and good exhaust. The Penta 6 has been a great little motor, but any serious tire size increase, or pulling a overland camper and it still does “ok” at best 😅Passing a car becomes a SERIOUS CHOICE especially on incline 😳 Mines bumping 175,000 miles Now knowing v8 kits are out there I will not be rebuilding or putting Penta back in… I have been saving cause I figure it’s not going to be long till Penta pukes out. I might be wrong. I personally don’t want 392… Its cool but I’m 2 time SCI paraplegic. ONE from me being ejected and instantly rolled over in a rollover. The other was crushed by trying to secure equipment in a bad storm and everything gave way and slid smashing me between pickup and equipment… sucky day. Paraplegic is bad enough so I’m not looking to show off or hot rod it. I truly think loaded down with me and my dog, the trailer food and water it takes mostly Max effort for the Penta But a 5.7 hemi would probably get BETTER fuel mileage and damn sure be safer passing another vehicle (ug) It wouldn’t be a challenge for the 5.7 where as now the Penta is screaming its guts out about 80% of the time. Gonna find out when I get a chance to start gathering all the stuff. Everything is a little more complicated for me in a WChair HOWEVER I can usually stand and lean on stuff and even crawl under my Jeep. New trick do control wheelie fail on purpose (but soft land using grip on wheels) slide under Jeep to when my legs it rock bar in WC on my back.. so yeah I can change my oil and everything I bought some used rigid frame and z fold wheel chairs mostly used for sports but these are for my shop Used because they are about 7k each new (like my nice one I don’t want to trash just yet)… I seriously modified them, they are not for public use but help a lot. Any way i put poly skids on back bars no arm rests so I can do a lot and just thrown them over on side it was disconnecting my rear wheels (fixed). I can scoot out or stay in as long as floor is reasonably smooth and do mostly what I always could do. It just take more effort and more time AND a whole lot of swearing when no one’s around😂😂😖
I have a Jeep that came from Canada. That was sold here in the states. If you need another what did you call it donating Jeep if you guys want to donate a motor to put it in for me.

Might need a larger fuel tank! How confident are you using stock axles with the added power of the Hemi?
Can you add this engine on the 4xe jeep rubicon ?
But I want to bolt mine on the donor Mojave not the Rubicon transfercase. Didn't know I had to but a Ruby too?
It has to be a Rubicon T-Case for the AMW4x4 transmission/t-case adapter.

When can we get the Jolly Ginger stickers from the website? I want three!
Should come that way right out of the box. With a standard trans, cloth seats, roll down winders and no carpet.
One can dream... or we can just build it that way ;-)
Actually forced air induction is a very good replacement, for displacement. You should just hellcat swap it 😂

Why not swap out the transfer case for an Atlas? Stock transfer cases suck
What does something like a 392 swap cost? Is it just engine swap or does the axles need to be swapped as well?
Details on our website epic-4wd.com. Also, you don't need to do the 60s axles on a 392 unless you want to or have the need to.
Do you think it is possible to fit this engine to UK wrangler ? Wondering how much more work it will be involved ?
No idea - that's a question for AMW4x4 in Michigan.
You can never have two much power . Drop in a Kenny bell super charger or twin turbos . End
Up upgrading the entire pier train . Only money!
